Be prepared to wait FOREVER!! You can have ONE car in front of you and take 20-25 mins. Give them 4-5 cars and be prepared to wait 45 mins. Absolutely no excuse as far as why it takes an eternity for the line to move. Always out of meds or has one but not the other. I will be switching over to Publix pharmacy because this is unacceptable.

This place, out of anywhere else I go to, is the worst. 3rd time this has happen. Called to make sure the prescription is ready, told a time to pick up only to tell me they don’t have it after waiting 30min in the car. I don’t know why I put myself through going there. Maybe I hope one day they will be able to function properly as a decent pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy experience ever, these people are lazy will do whatever to get you off the phone they are not helpful or even able to answer the phone. I have yet to have a single experience at this pharmacy that has provided my medication. I e had to buy my meds at astronomical prices because they cant, won't , try. They do not even carry my prescription their answer to me is they are not taking any more of my prescription and don't know when they will be getting my meds in.
Offering no solution nor alternative. As to the generic prescription.
So I have now paid a lot of money on name brand because. Uh .. they Cary that and will take my money but have no idea when they can fill my actual prescription. Furthermore seen very uninterested as to when and how or if they ever will.
To get someone on the phone is miracle And if you do they put you in a whole loop saying they're going to to get you to someone who can help only to sit on the phone for 30 minutes while it rings through to the original person you spoke to and they act like they've never talked to you.
Unprofessional can't be bothered with your problems or the medicines you need to survive these people are either not making enough money or they have zero job training customer service if you're looking for it don't come here

The Walgreens Pharmacy @ 9700 Argyle Forest Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32222 is the worst. The store itself isn’t bad however, the Pharmacy is a text book example of poor customer service. I reached out to the pharmacy for help obtaining a medication they were out of, instead of looking for the medication at another Walgreens pharmacy they told me to go to CVS pharmacy. I was able to locate the medication at another Walgreens pharmacy after calling 3 different Walgreens Pharmacy. Walgreens has access to the inventory of medications at other locations. However, it’s much easier for the pharmacy technician to tell the customer to go to another pharmacy; that is the type of service you will get from the pharmacy @ 9700 Argyle Forest Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32222
The 2.3 star rating they have should be a indication to Walgreens that they have a huge issue with customer service…

Rude. Unhelpful. Disrespectful. Unable to take responsibility. Literally watched them ARGUE with a customer and then provide the worst customer service to those waiting in line through the ordeal. They say some people should not work in health care but some people shouldn’t even work near people. Unbelievable. The kind of person that if they had a dog you would feel so bad for that dog.

Very clean location with great customer service. If you take advantage of your Walgreens rewards program you can find great deals. Today they had Coca-Cola branded 12 packs, buy two get two free. - outstanding.Walgreens offers an amazing pharmacy service which stands out best in industry.The only opportunity I saw was in Non alcoholic beverage selection. Lacked many standard selections you would find at other fast convenience locations. Also while some candy was priced great with a two for a certain price deal, the list price on the candy was a little above market. I also saw some critical out of stocks in dairy and non alcoholic beverages.

My experiences at the Walgreens pharmacy on 103RD have been a MILLION times better than this one here in Oakleaf! I’m going to corporate and will not stop.

Worst Walgreens Ever, Period!

This is the worst place you can go. my daughter poured out the drops prescribed for her. I came back a day later to ask again for the prescription and they said that she needed another examination. what could change in a day, her eyes are also inflamed, nothing has changed, but they needed to take more money from me for an appointment. they said it was company policy. Initially, without their doctor, I knew what she needed and how to treat. The policy of their company is not to cure, but to take more money from you.!!!
