Worst experience at any pharmacy I've ever encountered. The pharmacist acted perturbed any time I asked her a question. She refused to look up a prescription I had on hold said she already knew I didn't have it on hold. She was just a miserable, ride human being. She should not work in the public.

This store covers a big geography and is consistently below the company standards in my experience. Small example, for months the drive thru speaker has been broken, forcing customers to yell and workers to stick their head into the drawer to communicate. How much can that cost? Pharmacy communication accuracy and confidentiality are important. That's just one example.

ZERO STARS I have new medical insurance in which Walgreens in the designated pharmacy for BCBS HMO. So, I was required to switch pharmacies from Publix to Walgreens in order to use the pharmacy benefit. My primary care called in two prescriptions for me, one of the prescriptions is a for pain along with my diabetes medication. I was told by a pharmacy associate and a pharmacist on duty that they were saving all of their pain medication for their established customers because they had a limited supply and were waiting on a back order. The pharmacy associate initially indicated that I could pick up my medication in about 25 minutes. Then upon verifying the information with the pharmacist on duty today, 6/9/23, around 6pm, they declined to fulfill my pain medication prescription. They also declined to fill my diabetes medicine prescription and transfer my prescriptions from Publix to Walgreens. I was basically told there is nothing we can do for you, along with stating that they have to process through a 3rd party which approves prescriptions. Although no effort was made to do so. This is the Walgreens on the corner of Wilson and Blanding Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida. I will be contacting the corporate office on Monday morning. This is ridiculous!

they never emailed my covid results. ended up taking two tests and had to have the pharmacy print out my results. I missed an extra day of work because i couldn’t get results as promised by walgreens because i needed a copy of results to go back to work.

The worst customer service available. They will speak over you - ask you a question, not let you answer, then hang up. If you want to not get your medication and have your time wasted by someone who clearly couldn’t care in the least about their job, or the patient l, then come to this establishment. Shame on you.

Pharmacy is on point. They're obviously a well-trained team that knows how to work together. Legit impressed.

This is the second month they have not had my medication in stock and have a very laissez-faire attitude about you not having your meds for days on end. When you ask for help finding another Walgreens that might have it in stock, they give you the "not my problem" attitude. I will be moving all my prescriptions. Being a customer for years has no weight with this pharmacy going the extra mile to help you.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been in. The PHARMANCY customer service or should I say lack of was terrible. I will avoid at all cost.

I just got yelled at over the phone not even 15 minutes ago for asking a simple question regarding my prescription. Apparently there was a mix up with the order and it was removed from the system. She proceeded to blame me for it (???) and was very loud in doing so...never in my life have I ever been yelled at like that, especially as an adult On a serious note, that was extremely rude, disrespectful, and honestly very shocking. Don't subject yourself to the treatment given by these employees. It was definitely my first and last encounter with this location.
