Spent hours here trying to upgrade husband’s phone. Never could because of a different employee’s mistake on which phone she sold. Poor Cole was never able to rectify the situation in spite of calling all the way up the line. He did everything he possibly could to ameliorate things for me. He is awesome.

Just had the best experience upgrading my phone and switching carriers at this location. Cole was a gem - he was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick the best plan, phone, and accessories for my lifestyle and price range. ?. 10/10.

The store botched the switch from another carrier and blamed the other carrier. The representative became rude and confrontational when I questioned charges on the bill. I will go to another location in the future.

Most of these reviews are probably made up. Clarence the lead guy over there will tel you and sign you up for one thing and then your bill will come and realized he completed ripped you off. Complete conman. Trust me, read through everything he sells you. I took his word for it. Big mistake. I know I am not the only one. Hit me up if you got scammed too. We are working with news station to investigate the store.

Went in trying to make a bill pay and Meri literally lowered my bill and i walked out with a brand new IPhone 15 and a watch. she was very patient and super kind. definitely recommend.

Meri was so helpful! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She took her time with me and my family and made sure she properly explained what would be our best options and what would be in the best interest of my family. We left with 2 new iPhones a watch and an iPad. Ask for Meri if you ever go to this Verizon. The absolute best!
