Used the Post Office where the lady working there is always rude and lazy. She acts as if she's the owner and Im a inconvenients to her. I purchased a book of stamps and mailed 2 letters was charged an additional 50 cents for a conv fee without my knowledge It was not a tip so I'm not sure why I would be charged additional 50 cents without being told about. That's was her job. And there shouldn't be any additional fees. I hope somebody looks into this.

Do not use the post office inside the Circle K. I dropped off a return here in the evening on Monday, and as of Thursday, it's not showing as being picked up by USPS. Now I'm in limbo on my return.

Is this even a Circle K?? Put in my phone number at the pump and I was asked to join a loyalty program, I pay for the Circle K sip save thing where you pay $10 or something for one free drink a day and was told they don't do that here? I went to this over Wawa next door because I thought I was getting my free drink. Disappointing

USPS office worker very rude, lazy and not willing to help!! Alway on the phone! She answer while she is looking at the phone. She does not want to do anything beside telling u go to a bigger usps office.

went to get gas on my break & i gave the man $20. tell me why it only said $15 prepaid. you might be thinking it’s only $5 but as a teen who got bills due & gets paid minimum wage, i need the $5 worth of gas. man said it was only $15 but i recounted all of my cash to find out i did in fact gave him $20. i know bro pocketed the extra $5.

Terrible experience at this gas station. For one the gas pump did not take neither of my cards. So I proceed to go inside and the cashier was rushing me telling me to hurry up and pay because he had a line. He was very rude and disrespectful. I don’t know if he was the owner but he was an elderly gentleman. Then at pump 13 for a prepaid 15$, it took literally 10 minutes for the gas to pump into my car. It was so SLOW and on top of that, it wouldn’t click so I had to manually pump in the rain. I will not be supporting this gas station and would advise others against it as well. There is a nice WaWa or Speedway you can choose from across the street. As you can see the reviews speak for itself.

Mr Allen at this location does a great job in my opinion. His store is clean, the shelves are always stocked and he keeps the lines moving quickly.The usps location is highly convenient and for the donut shop there is always a line of people who love their coffee and donuts too.

Do not go to the USPS desk they are ripping people off, their scales is riggged. I took a box that weighted 12 lbs and they charge me for 29 lbs....left there and went to the UPS store where they did the job right ...

Indian man is so darn rude. Seems like he hates everyone. I despise coming to this gas station. He must own this location cause it makes no sense why he’s still working here. Customer service is horrific.

This lady Nyla is so rude and unhelpful we asked for a bag to put the package in she looked in our eye and said sorry we don’t sell these and took the bags that I ask for and put it on the floor and she said we use to sell them

Just tried to use a Circle K gas reward here and the extremely rude man (assuming he’s the owner of franchise) said “WE DONT ACCEPT COUPONS HERE, THIS IS FRANCHISE” with the most rude snarky reply. I get gas at circle K in Argyle all the time and use my gas rewards, even if he doesn’t accept the circle K reward (while wearing a circle K shirt & working in a circle K store) - he could have said so nicely. There’s always an issue with this gas station and I really wish it was under different ownership. The current owners don’t care about the business (nor take care of it) and it’s sad to see a prime location go to waste. They’ll never get my business again for having poor customer service & treating customers poorly!

The woman at the post office desk always does her best to get people taken care of quickly. While she doesnt do small talk, she is fast and efficient and does what she can in the small space that is provided to her! Hopefully, USPS can expand here or close in the area eventually.

Customer service at this location is absolutely horrid. You're never greeted with a smile, you're never responded to if you if you say hello, it's just a disgrace. I get that these workers are probably overburdened seeing as this is the only post office in Oakleaf (which makes no sense honestly) but there's no reason to treat your customers like impositions especially if we're being kind to you.

This woman dies a great job for the small space and amount of people coming in everyday. They should really open up a bigger office in Oakleaf.
