From what I'm reading from others is that most of us are on the free system that SHANDS offers (OR OBAMA. CARE) which is the Shands card for medical and prescriptions for free. If that's the case then no onek has really the right to complain!!!! But BE THANKFUL THAT YOU HAVE FREE OR NEXT TO NOTHING MEDICAL AND PHARMACEUTICAL ATTENTION!!!!!! 90% of the people that go here dont have jobs so what the ? are any of you complaining about?!?! Need to be thanking the ppl that are here to help us and complimenting them not only here but everywhere else as well. A little act of kindness goes alot further than the negativity that this world has become.

When I had the Shands card I didn't have a choice but to use the pharmacy. Now I have health insurance through my employer. I changed were I pick up my prescriptions the hours should be longer. Certain prescriptions they can't complete because they don't fill this prescription. But your a pharmacy?

Absolutely ridiculous line for a pharmacy you're going to sit for over an hour to get your prescription. They have more security than they do staff members working on shortening the line. Line was so long i had to wait outside

Don’t waste your time. Waited mos for an appt with Dr Schneider ( Neurologist) and at the last minute they canceled my appt because they claimed they never received records that my dr’s office sent twice and I personally paid 9.00 out of my own pocket to send today again before my appointment so the dr would have them. It appears they have no clue what is going on so patients beware! If they lose your records how reliable is the heathcare?!?

Before getting an MRI at UFHealth free standing center I confirmed that it was not part of the hospital because my insurance treats that differently. They confirmed very clearly that we were at an imaging center and not a hospital.

If this is how your evil racist dentist surgeon & staff treats their patients, your dental surgery office deserves to be shut down. Criminal charges & jail time as well for those responsible. I will be making sure I let everyone know what your insidious dental staff did to this innocent young man.

UF Health Jackson Pharmacy is works well for my needs. The security staff do a great job of keeping the pharmacy safe, which now days is more important than ever. The pharmacy staff are very helpful and professional.

I went in Saturday for help. They saw me and then send me to a hotel. I told them I need my meds for my mental health and my physical problems. With out my mental health meds I become highly suicidal and my physical meds I can't go to the bathroom and other things as well. Beside not having my meds they have not provided nothing to eat for out here this day 3 with out meds or food. I called the hospital and everybody keep giving me the runaround. I can't take these voices anymore so if the hospital don't care why should I. I know I be dead by night so thank you
