Service is always terrible here. The parking lot is covered in trash. There is always a cop parked outside. Be safe and aware of your surroundings. There are solicitors selling mix tapes.

If I could give it less of a rating I would. Stupidity is putting it nicely. Have membership. Got online. Have app. Have card on app. Never had physical card. Never told until today at this location. Could they check my id? Absolutely. Would they? No! Had membership less than 2 months. Maybe 1. Will absolutely get any other wholesale membership back. Been years at Costco No issues. Thought we'd try. Maybe we'll try another. Not SAM'S!!

Went inside this Sam's club and there were no carts. Was told by their staff that I had to go back to the parking lot to get my own cart. Lazy lot, they had 2 persons checking membership when you enter, but no staff to bring carts into the store. I left without buying anything of course. As did the couple behind me. Time to switch to Costco.

All that really takes is one bad experience as a customer to change your shopping experience at a retailer. Yesterday I shopped at the Sam's Club and because of an error on their part I was running extremely late to get back to work. Because I was in my work uniform I of course could not respond to the disrespect the way I would have liked too. I will say I was highly irritated and embarrassed by the employees treatment. The worst part is I had to leave items that I paid for in the store. It was a highly frustrating situation I will be talking to management today about situation and hopelessly we can get it resolved if not I just lost ta few dollars, they lost a customer and a member.

The last 3 times I came to the store, I had to walk back to the parking lot to get a buggy to shop. I cancelled my renewal.
