I called multiple stores in the Jacksonville Florida area today and everyone was extremely helpful. I was trying to find a skirt that I had seen online but it sold out in my size. When I called the store at the avenues mall, the girl wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence before she told me if I wanted to find something, I needed to come into the store. Unfortunately, this is the same attitude you get when you go in that store. At some point they have to have some training in customer service in that location.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, the girls who work there had serious problems with customer service, they should completely change their staff, no one greets you and no one helps you, I buy something and I had to return it because it didn't fit me (they don't have fitting rooms in the store) you guys need to know they are going to have returns at a high percentage unlike stores that do have fitting rooms, and the brown skin girl at the checkout was super rude, you guys need to put the names on the recipt and not just the operator number. This does not represent them as a store. 01/2024

Update: I came back the next night hoping the rude woman wasn’t working (11/1) and she wasn’t so I picked up the jumpsuit I wanted before. The next day (11/2) I went in to return it since it was see through and I couldn’t try it on because of the fitting room situation. I thought it was going to be a straightforward process. However, the same woman with the unkempt, light brown braided bun, glasses and blue face mask combo was there. She gave me a dirty look and didn’t say anything to me. Despite that, I greeted her and told her I had a return. She instantly became condescending and argumentative. During the return process, she made several rude comments and was trying to make it seem like I didn’t understand what was going on. At first, I was quiet but she kept going so I stood up for myself and told her I understood what she was saying. I guess she didn’t like that because she probably expected me to keep quiet and let her continue to talk to me disrespectfully. We ended up getting into a verbal argument. She came from behind the counter as if she was going to do something, which she wasn’t due to the way she looked scared when I stood up for myself. When I turned to leave, she yelled “you just need the money” just because I wanted to return something. No, the outfit was literally SEE THROUGH and you don’t even let people use the fitting rooms. I highly recommend not coming here unless you want to fight with some aggressive, nasty, and arrogant woman who evidently has severe issues. I’m not the only one who has dealt with her as stated in other reviews.I went in today (10/31). Nobody greeted me and the employees seemed to have an issue with customers being there. The employee with the glasses, light brown braided bun and blue mask on became rude and snappy and walked away when I asked her whether they had fitting rooms. So I put back all the clothes I had and left, which was unfortunate because the clothes I had were cute. I would recommend another store instead of this location due to this woman’s attitude problem and store’s foul smell.

I had a terrible experience at this place. I went in to buy children's uniforms, and the associate and manager were extremely rude. They ignored my questions and had conversations with each other, making me feel completely ignored. The only person who was nice was the associate at the register, a skinny black girl with green or blue eyes.And the place had a terrible smell to it too. Honestly they need to fire the manager and the associates that were on the ground chitchatting with each other.

I went into this store with my daughter, and the woman (she could have been the manager, black woman with twists or dreads), had the worse attitude. There was another employee (young black female), she was very pleasant and was willing to help. It seemed like she was new, and she did not know everything. We were not in a rush, so I was ok with that. But when she asked the manager for help, she seem to yell at her. When there was a long line, the manager came to help and then she yelled at the customer's (One lady was about to pay with a large bill, and she said... You need something smaller we just opened. There are 2 lines). Me and my daughter still waiting. Finally, we are about to pay and we were suppose to get 10% off of the order. The young female who was helping me did not know how to enter the code correctly (she tried 3 times). Then, I had my daughter read her to code off of my phone at it finally worked. However, it truly did not work. The 10% came off of 1 item, not the whole order. The manager was right there, and instead of saying let me make sure it is correct. She yelled at me saying, once we put in the code the computer does the rest. 1st off, I know what 10% off of $100 is (and it is not $1.00). If you can't do simple math you should not be in that position. 2nd, don't yell at me when I am spending money in your store. 3rd, you should not be in that position if you do not know how to speak to people. Lastly, I cancelled the whole order and had to walk out. There are other stores that have better customer service, and people who are willing to do their job the correct way. That manager needs to get some more training, or just don't deal with the public (seemed like she had a bad morning or just don't like her job). She seems miserable the whole time we were in the store, and with each interaction with other customers (The manager checked out 3 other people while we were waiting with the new agent. The manager was rude and yelled at each customer).

I went in today just to look around. I saw a cute top in the window! I was not greeted nor did any of the associates try to engage with me after that. And from the moment I walked in it smelled unpleasant in the store. Have you ever been around dirty water? It smelled like that unfortunately.

I attempted to shop here but was disturbed by the music that was blasting out of the radio! It was extremely vulgar and obscene. I love listening to good music while shopping but theirs was too much.

Giving 2 stars because the customer service wasn’t as bad as the reviews say, but what an Inconvenience this place is. You can’t try on clothes, so I bought lots of stuff & went to a different store to try them on, expecting to be able to return it right after. So I come to return the clothes just to be told I can only get store credit because I don’t have my physical card on me. I only use tap (Apple Pay) So yes that’s on me, and the associate was very empathetic, it’s not her fault. But I wouldn’t have been in that position if I were able to try on the clothes in the first place. I took a big L lol, spent $80 thinking I would get most of it back once I picked what I wanted. You win some and you loose some.

They have really nice things at this location but its hard to enjoy your experience when the young ladys working in thwee are extremely rude and have no customer service akills. At the register they dont greet you or tell you your total nor do they say have a good day or anything. Why work in customer service if you can't deal with people

2000 sqft clothing store with no fitting rooms makes zero sense. Wife and kids couldn't try on anything. Hope you know what fits you exactly just by looking at it.

I will never shop here again . It’s so annoying that the fitting room has been closed for several months when every other store in the mall has an open fitting room . I had a cashier over charge me for a dress that was on sale and when I pointed it out to her she said it only overcharged me by $2 like it wasn’t a big deal . It would of been nice to receive an apology for being overcharged regardless of how much it was . I also waited at the register for 5-10 mins while the employee was sweeping the floor and she saw me walk to the register to check out but she continued to sweep even though it was 12 that afternoon . So unprofessional
