Outstanding operation! I had an issue with a quartz countertop discovered after installation (it was a bad slab pour; no fault of Quality Stones) and they worked with my contractor to get me a new countertop with no additional charge! THAT'S customer service! I would give them 10 stars!!!!

Everyone at Quality Stone was very helpful and patient with us. Charity was especially helpful and walked all the rows to make sure we got what we wanted. They showed really great options and helped guide us in a better direction for our kitchen design.

We visited Quality Stones today and Chris helped us. We didn't know exactly what we wanted so Chris gave us a tour and explanation of the different types of stone they offer. The warehouse is large, well-organized, and houses so many beautiful options. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and we really appreciated his help.

Great selection. Well organized and easy to browse at many different variety of quartz and stone. Chris and Charity were both extremely helpful and helped us narrow down our selections without being pushy at all. Beautiful selections can’t wait to see our selection in our kitchen remodel.!Highly recommend!

Remodeling my house and came by to check out the countertops. Charity assisted me and was so helpful. She answered every question I had and I could really tell that she Is very knowledgeable. Nice change of pace from the other places I have been. I will 1000% be back and be asking for her by name.

Saw all the five star reviews so I went to Fort Myers Location. From my experience I would have given lower than one. I suggest you go someplace else to compare.

We went to several places around Jacksonville for countertops and Quality Stone was the most organized. Ash was very knowledgeable about the stone and helped us pick the right stone for our kitchen. Thank you for making our experience memorable.
