This pharmacy is my favorite! They’re super helpful and communicative. I have several prescriptions and their pharmacy app makes it very easy to pay ahead of time and track my prescription status.

The people that work in this pharmacy are simply amazing. They are so helpful, communicative, and patient with whatever your needs are. They even take the time to dig deeper into your situation to try and save you money on your prescriptions, without even asking. They are truly above and beyond Would highly recommend this pharmacy.

I consider this Publix Pharmacy one of the best in the local Publix stores. Always accommodating and easy to arrange a vaccination etc. as well as efficient in tracking renews of prescriptions. I have not had any experience at this pharmacy location less than a 10 out of 10. Super fast, super pleasant, super accurate, and so many other "supers" too numerous to go into!! Keep up the good work!!

My prescriptions are always filled promptly & with care. The staff at this pharmacy are professional and friendly. This pharmacy is awesome in my opinion!

If an item is unfound the Publix staff cannot locate it. They have no idea where to look and ask where I have looked. This has happened on multiple visits. If there is a floral special and they are out, instead of offering an alternative they say i can try again tomorrow.

When I walked to the counter to pick up my prescription, the associates stared at their screens and ignored me until I called out for help. Not the friendliest people, but the service was otherwise good.

The sub workers are literally dyslexic bozos. I ordered a chicken tender sub 45 minutes before I arrived then I continued to wait for 30 more mins for it once I got there.

Incredible service and attention to their customers. I just left the store. I am pretty weak from a lengthy hospital stay. Samantha came up and checked if I was ok. She then emptied my cart and rode down in the elevator to load my items.This epitomizes the high quality of service that Publix is famous for.Thank you, Samantha:)

It's sometimes ok for a quick trip to grab a couple of items on the way home. It is a smaller store, so they don't have the huge selection of things you might be used to at other locations...the employees even admit that. Lately, I've noticed that some produce is often overripe; there are often panhandlers in the parking garage and inside the elevator lobby. One recently asked me to use the ATM behind him to give him some cash!); and the panhandlers are worse (more 'stoned') at the holidays. Especially if you're out very early one morning. I think I'll just wait until I'm back in my own neighborhood, from now on. The covered parking was the best thing about this Publix for me, but not worth the risks when the panhandlers/zombies like it too. Sorry.

Katelyn the pharmacist goes above and beyond to put it mildly. Kinda hesitant to let the world know where competent medical clinicians are in this day and age. The people here make this a Diamond in the rough. Props to Publix too……for earning their price. The isle are always dress right dress.

Publix is my "go to market" while on the East Coast. The deli is great! I was looking for a particular product that was not available in the deli. The deli manager took off to the other end of the store and brought the product back for me. The store was clean, bright, and very pleasant to be in. I grew to really gravitate towards Publix while teaching in Florida. I really wish they had this brand of Supermarkets in Washington State.

It's one of the most uniquely designed Publixes in the city of Jacksonville! You'll be in for a treat! Very fitting for the area as well! Has the modern look with design in all aspects of the store!
