I’m very disappointed with the True Touch Hydro performance waterproof vinyl flooring I bought from ProSource of Jacksonville. The flooring was Brittle to the touch and cracking under my feet, literally from the day it was installed. Last week I replaced the Prosource flooring with a vinyl flooring product from Lowe’s that is far superior in quality. The Prosource flooring degraded rapidly over the ONE YEAR it was in my house -especially in high traffic areas. When the installers were removing it, it was literally crumbling in our hands. I reached out to ProSource many times over the past year, and was ignored initially. Eventually, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Jacksonville and ProSource agreed to send -at their expense- a “independent inspector.” No surprise when the inspector claimed the flooring was installed wrong -making no comment about the brittleness of the product and how it Literally crumbled under your feet. Prosource considered the matter closed and told me any future issues I had would be between me and the manufacturer. Problem is, who is the manufacturer? We went round and round trying to find this out until finally I was referred to another Prosource representative in Orlando who imports this product in bulk from China. But still no actual mention of “the manufacturer”. Given how brittle the Prosource product appeared, I offered to send a sample for testing. The Orlando representative was agreeable, but I never heard from him again. I Eventually gave up and replace the floor at my own expense. I also used the same installers. The floor is perfect now -Solid and stable. Makes me question the credibility of their “independent inspector” as well. Given all this, I felt it was my responsibility to share my experience with future, ProSource of Jacksonville customers. If you have product issues, in my experience, ProSource, was not there for me and barely a year later, I replaced the prosource product with better product from Lowe’s. You could literally feel the difference in the quality of the 2 products. I think I know why the Prosource person in Orlando never go back to me about testing their product… Buyer beware.***FYI, as to the “Owner Response” that followed this review, as of 4/29/2024 -over 3 months- To the best of my knowledge NOBODY from ProSource has reached out to me. Given my experience, I’m not surprised. Makes one wonder if that response was more for show… I’ll keep updating…Buyer beware for sure.

This review is long overdue. I cannot say enough good things about Marilyn. I have purchased tile from ProSource with her assistance for 2 projects and will definitely be using her for future projects. She has a wealth of knowledge and is always on her A-Game. She has been so patient with me as I switched gears and changed directions of my latest bathroom remodel project after we had already selected a tile. I have asked for opinions via email or in person and she is always eager to help and always so pleasant to work with. Book an appointment with her vs walking in as she is in high demand!

I have to thank Lennox Stewart and Pro Source of Jacksonville, FL for doing a great job for us on our bathroom remodeling. Your skill and care in guiding us through the selection, evaluation and purchasing process was very good. The order fulfillment process worked very well. The preparation of materials and securing on pallet was superior, as was the assistance from the warehouse personnel and office staff.

Joshua Zepeda was awesome to work with! He was able to locate the flooring we ordered 3 years ago. Since I didn’t have an installer, was able to refer me to 3 different companies to check into. Not only did he give me referrals for installers, but he followed up with me every few days to make sure everything was moving along! I was impressed with his follow through!

While we didn’t go close the deal at prosource - I think it’s more than fair to give a write-up of our experience with Lennox.Lennox - I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with an expert. You walked me thru every color and explained material options available with LVP. You basically gave me own class with understanding the products and materials. It’s hard to find someone with your first hand knowledge and recommendations. I greatly appreciate you sharing them with me.Ultimately and unexpectedly - I was given a better opportunity to leverage family members for assistance and cut some costs due to the multiple projects we have planned. First let me say what a rock star Lennox is as my customer service rep. He goes over and beyond to help me with clients, finding my unusual "designer" requests and getting me pricing quotes asap. He's filled in for me at meetings with clients when I was unavailable and if he's not there he has set me with his outstanding co-workers James and Jeff. Prosource is a one stop shop for a busy designer like me, and easy to work with. Highly recommend them not just for clients, but other designers too. Additionally, great programs and CEUs for designers and those in the industry. I really feel like they are my partner.
