I came here in crisis today as my car was overheating. I pulled in at 7:57pm and the door was locked. As I was waiting stranded, a white male in a red t shirt came to pick up his order AFTER CLOSING. A chubby white male with a ponytail let him in looking me right in the face with no remorse.

Went to Jacksonville audi for help they lied on the phone and said it would cost nothung but when we got thier they said it would cost 300 for a diagnosis, went here instead on the way home and the man inside was extremely helpful and set us up with the diagnostic, told us what was wrong, what parts we needed to order online, and what mechanic we could go to and actually called him for us and let us talk to him to find out how much the tune up would cost. Definitely come here if you need help.

Came in and needed a battery for my foreign car. The guys behind the counter were pretty nice with helping me figure out what was a matching battery for my vehicle.The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that they were arguing a bit being that it was the end of the night and there was still a lot to do before they could leave. Not really my problem but I get it.All and all... They helped me when I needed a battery and for that part I'm grateful.

A+ customer service to Dakota! My 3rd time going there (because of him).He listened, paid attention and genuinely cared. I got the car parts I needed because of Dakota’s knowledge and it worked. We will always shop O’Reillys off Merrill Rd because of Dakota and will always recommended this store and him to our friends and family.
