After watching nearly every Naca video on YouTube, I was a bit apprehensive and nervous when I started this process. Yes it's a lot of work but you'll get used to it. Especially on every payday when you have to upload your statement. During my intake session, Cecil helped me to feel relaxed. He was so professional, attentive, and answered all of my questions. I'm looking forward to my next meeting with him next month. Home ownership here I come!

So far so good. The process has been simple and is moving along quicker than I thought . Our counselor Cecil has been easy to work with and has answered all of our questions and concerns thus far. There is a lot of paperwork needed, but nothing more than you would need for any other mortgage loan process. The program has amazing benefits and excited to be going through NACA .

I just started my NACA journey and it’s so exciting! I’m looking forward to learning a lot and of course the process, and I’m very confident with the help I’m receiving. I appreciate the willingness from my coach to help me as much as possible. This absolutely is the correct path into my journey of home ownership.

I learn about the NACA program through a friend. It is my first time in the home buying experience and so far has been amazing. My counselor Tamika Calhoun has done an awesome job so far, she's very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so exciting to continue my home buying journey with NACA.

NACA has been great so far. I am currently working with Steven who has done a great job explaining what my next steps are and how to move forward. NACA is an amazing program for First Time Homebuyers. The process is intense but rewarding when you see how far you’ve come in the end. All of the counselors have been so helpful and kind every step of the way. I am so excited to continue this journey and look forward to becoming a homeowner.

In the process of buying my first home with NACA's America's Best Mortgage Program. We are working with Steven and have no complaints about the amazing work they do! Everything gets explained properly and thoroughly, so you know exactly what to expect and how to get it done. I was recommended to NACA by a friend that purchased her house through them. I just started my house journey with NACA about a month ago. The experience has been great thus far. My counselor Steven Polak is very knowledgeable and attentive. I am very excited for this process. I feel NACA is the perfect choice for someone looking to buy a new home

I learn about the NACA program by doing some research online because it is my first-time in the home buying process. have been connected for about a year now and working with my counselor Mr. Cecil Williams for my preapproval. Mr. Williams is great at what he do very professional at answering all my questions and fitting me in to his busy schedule even if it is last minute for an appointment. 1000% I recommend this program to family members and friends because it is that great.

If you are looking to purchase a home without having to pay closing cost, or a down payment with a not so perfect credit score, then NACA is highly recommended. I started this process just a few months ago and already I have learned so much about ownership and managing my finances. My counselor Steven Polak has been awesome ! He really makes sure you understand the process and what is expected of you. As long as you are disciplined and return requested information, you can become a homeowner with NACA.
