Love this local pharmacy! Good prices and easy to get someone on the phone to ask questions (unlike the big pharmacies). Very helpful and friendly.

The man manning the store would not accept my insurance even though the website and the big sign on the front door says they accept all major insurance plans, and nor would he accept any coupons (things that make you go hmm). Then when I sternly asked him why, all the while being very calm and very monotone, he actually took my prescription away and said "never mind I will not fill it for you." There's something sketch going on with this place and I highly advise anyone against filling their prescriptions here. To add to the whole scenario, only he was he was the only employee and there were zero customers- not only NOT in the pharmacy but also NOT in the parking lot. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I forgot to mention he went crazy when I asked him about the HIPAA he wanted me to sign-

Best pharmacy experience I have ever had. I stopped in on a whim and glad I did. Never a line. The staff are friendly and helpful. They always have what I need or can have it first thing the next day. I will never go back to the big chain stores. Monument pharmacy will earn your business for life. Give them a try and you will not regret it.

I went here on and off for probably a couple of years, most of the staff were extremely polite and knew me by name. The drawbacks; I originally did not have insurance and the prices were comparable (at least I thought) and it was a 30 second drive from my house. Once I obtained insurance and went to the pharmacy they told me that they would fill it this time using my insurance but for the future they would not use my insurance because of my doctor… (Later confirmed that it was not a rule but a way for the pharmacist to to push you into using the doctors in their “network” ?) so I ended up going to a major chain, a couple actually and they never tried to tell me I couldn’t use my insurance. Fast forward a couple years and I changed careers so didn’t have insurance right away and asked if they accepted any of the discount cards (GoodRx, SingleCare etc) and was told that they did not. So, if you have their preferred insurance(s) and go to one of their preferred doctors OR don’t have a budget on what you can reasonable spend to fill your medication- then I would definitely recommend based on the personable staff and speed. Plus usually if you go to them a day ahead of time they will usually order whatever medication you need if not in stock.

Don't waste your time. Rude pharmacist. They wouldn't fill my Rx due to it being out of state prescription. I don't know what they expect when someone just moved to town. Lost my business as being my new local pharmacy.

This is the Best pharmacy I have ever used. The customer service is superb and the quick service and medication availability is fantastic.I actually enjoy visiting this pharmacy. The prices are fair and comparable with others. But the service cannot be beat.Thank you Monument Pharmacy....you guys are great.
