Rude the first time I went to work for them. Pharmacist did not want to train me even though I had already said I was a retail manager/Technician. I was told to go on a break where I had a smoke in my vehicle. I was told I was not allowed to be a smoker. I went to give it another chance and worked a second time. No call back or communication. It was a bad experience and was even asked about child care which is not something anyone is allowed to ask.

My husband had a Rx from a pain management dr and his reg pharmacy had none in stock and none in the near future. So i called around to different pharmacies and only one was I told from a tech that there Were stock at was Lake pharmacy..i called and verified to the tech and to bring the script in. He did so only to get a call from a rude pharmacist who avidly told him he had stock but he doesn't want to help him! He acctually said that! And he refused to help. My husband is not addict. He needs these Meds from being an Amputee and many side effects from diabetes. I don't know... maybe it was an act of predjeducy that doesn't want to help an African American man but this is wrong to let a polite family man stuffer.

Great staff. Especially Jamie and Adiah. They both helped me out and ensured I got my medications that same day through delivery. And it was free! Highly recommend to use them.

Female staff was nice, but the male pharmacist was extremely rude. Hung up in face after asking a simple question about medications for a special needs client in severe pain.

I have the worst luck with pharmacies. Walgreens and all the other big corporate pharmacies will either fill or not fill my prescriptions, depending on if they want to be nice or rude. This pharmacy does their job, doesn’t question a doctors reason for prescribing me medication, (which a pharmacist shouldn’t do) and they fill my prescriptions... imagine that, a pharmacy doing their job, and being nice about it. And to top it all, this pharmacy is cheaper than the other pharmacies.

The staff is extremely rude. I called and asked to speak with the owner and the lady hung up in my face. I thought maybe it was a disconnected call, so I called right back and explained what happened, but she slammed the phone down and hung up in my face AGAIN! Now I know it wasn't an accidental disconnect.

Friendly, close and NO lines I like the fact that the pharmacist discusses my issues with me and gives me good suggestions for more natural treatment and then I chose the best course of treatment for ME!... Doctors aren't gods and they make mistakes. I'm happy to have another pair of eyes on me! Unlike the big pharmacies who fill and forget!
