It's funny how alot of stores in the city are charging 79 cent no matter what size and this is the only store I've been to that is charging 2 dollars for a larger cup to refill the guy there said that his district manager is the one that says that this store charges 2 dollars for larger cups

Today is Friday April 26/20/24, the person at the checkout is the most unresponsive. I asked for the bathroom, she insisted that it was busy, I waited for half an hour, I'm working, I always go to Circlek to pump gas daily, she didn't want to see If the doors were closed by accident or also if there was someone inside, I knocked on the door three times and no one responded, very bad will, I couldn't stand it, I peed getting into the car, that person like that shouldn't be serving...

We spent 121.36 on fuel but were not allowed to use the restroom. The corporation and owners of this particular store should be ashamed of their lack of hospitality toward their customers. Never again.

Terrible customer service. Mad she had to stop talking to her friend outside to come inside and help me. Now that she’s finished she’s back outside talking… ridiculous

The "MANAGER" with purple hair working on 4/6/23 11:45 at night. Is rude and disrespectful. Tried to tell her the pump charged me for another type of gas when I know for a fact what button I pressed and she was just rude about the whole situation. Didn't want to hear anything I was saying . Then started talking about me before I could get out the door . I see why she's working where she does cause she's unprofessional and unpleasant

Rude employees and even ruder managers. Disgusting inside and outside. Employees seem to have NO customer service training at all and the management doesn't seem to care.Won't be surprised if this location is bought out/closed down. You guys are losing customers every day. My mom went there yesterday and said she "didn't feel safe".I have been to many Circle K, but none are as bad as this location.STAY AWAY!!

Dirty and they never seem to really make the hot food unless they feel like it which is the only reason I'd come in but usually they can't even do that. The rollers do all the work just put the food on there what's so hard about that? And the bathroom is always out of order or are you too lazy to het off your phone and clean it?

This gas station never has what it needs. No coffee lids cooler doesn't work an pour service. Just take it down an do everyone a favor. Wouldn't be surprised if it has water in the gas...

I came in this morning to purchase gas and the older lady named Stacey with a subway shirt was very rude she practically threw my change at me and was very unprofessional. This was a very unpleaeant experience and I won't come back there. You guys need to train your employees to have better customer service worst experience ever!

Went in after work on 11-1-2019 the fountain drinks were out didn’t have any replacements instead got a cup with ice and 2 Pepsi 2litres and rang up for $4.26 and when I asked if that was right because a sign said 2 for $3.00 I was told oh that must of ended so I went back made sure I read correctly and again told cashier that is says 2 for $3.00 and she said oh well let me take care of these people then I’ll get to you. So in short I’d rather take this time that it would have taken for me to get my money back to write this review. This location will go down hill soon.

I love my Polar Pops and hot peanuts. It's a daily stop on lunch across the street from work. Everyone working there is always super friendly and the gas is usually cheaper than most.
