Just left Goodwill In Oakleaf and I’m highly disappointed in this store!! They take donations all day long.. FREE mind you!
My mother comes in from out of town & asks to go to Goodwill to pick up a few things. Mind you she’s on a fixed income!!
She buys a few shorts and shirts… they don’t fit. She could have tried them on in the store but she’s disabled and it’s VERY hard for her to do that!
Long story short .. we went back today to exchange NOT return.. and THEY WOULDN’T DO IT!!!
I WILL NEVER DONATE NOR SHOP AT ANOTHER GOODWILL EVER AGAIN!! YOU ARE DISGUSTING!!!! ??

Okay team, it takes just one really bad experience to question what our Goodwill team is teaching their employees. After pulling up to drop off one large item (not heavy), one team member came out with a dolly. The other one looked at me and turned to help another patron pulling up. Now, come on man! You know that’s not how it works, or do you? No offers at all? Now, if your legal team has you not helping people, let’s re-assign those folks to a new company. The assistance starts at every customer interaction.

All these goodwill are a rip off. I do not want to go into a used clothing store and buy a pair of used name brand pants for the price it would be brand new never worn. Nor do I want to buy an overpriced used shirt that looks older than my grandmother. these places are greedy and not here to help ppl.

No issue with shopping. Though they are oddly strict with donations. Got there 4 minutes before closing time to drop off toddler crib/daybed and lamps… employee looked at me through the glass door like i was crazy and signed that they are closed at 6 already… sure… but even if it was actually 6, what kind of business turns down free products?

Nothing but ruthless women circling that side door like vultures waiting for them to come out with New goodies ?

I love finding items for my baby here! I’ve saved so much on toys/books she will outgrow soon. The staff is sweet, and I love that they recently installed an automatic door.

Don't go to this store. I think they are broken. LolI had a perfectly good TV and a nice shelf and they said they were damaged. The shelf was had just a little scratch on the bottom and TV had nothing wrong with it. They dont take electronics. I took them to another Good Will and they accepted them with no problem. Just wanted to give insteading of throwing away. Guess you can't do they there..

Horrible store manager around 4:30 pm on Saturday May 27th, 2022. She said she could not take a bunk bed which I understand because they either can't or won't put it together. Then the couch I was trying to unload, she said it was "damaged", it had about three or four little threads hanging out. Trying to do a good thing and help out needy people, and someone like ruins the plan.
