Tim took the time to discuss my options with me first before I submitted my application. Tim was in constant communication with me throughout the process, my refinance closed on time and I was able to skip two payments as Tim and I discussed in the beginning of the process. As a licensed Real Estate agent, I would recommend my clients use Gold Star for their home lending needs when purchasing a home.

Tim was extremely knowledgeable about the lending process. He 1st took the time to talk to me in order to understand my situation and goals. He was in constant communication with myself and my wife throughout the process. In an industry that is known for not always being transparent, Tim and his team of professionals , took the time to explain any and all costs relating to the transaction while maintaining full transparency. I would recommend Tim to anyone looking to purchase or refinance their home.

Tim and the team at Gold Star Mortgage were incredible to work with. Having worked with other brokers, I was blown away by the personalized service and customization. The team was available to me after hours and on weekends (this is not the experience you will get from the larger online brokers) - and the team at Gold Star treated my loan as if it was their own. they offered advice and suggestions on the entire home buying experience - warranties, appraisals, inspections, insurance etc.
I would definitely use them again and appreciate their guidance on what is typically a very intimidating process.

Tim is excellent great customer service addresses all questions make the process seamless and quick. I recommend everyone to utilize his experience and expertise in the mortgage game. Even though COVID and shutdown still was able to get the job done!
