I could call the employee all kinds of nasty things but I choose not to because it is mean. I bought a Funko pop earlier today, when I got home I noticed the box looked like it had been crushed. I went back and I told the girl that I wanted to exchange it for the EXACT SAME ITEM. The girl started a refund. I had used the $5 coupon. So she told me that I had to pay the difference. I told her why? It's identical?? I bought it like 2 hours ago. She said well I will pay the difference if you want. I told her I do not want her to pay the difference. I just want an even exchange for the EXACT SAME ITEM. Well she just told me she didn't want to get in trouble. Again, I told her but they are identical???? Why would you even do a refund? I had my receipt with the time I bought it and everything. I even bought more than one. Well, I wasted my time, my gas and my patience. Honestly, when you hire that level of employee you just NEVER want to go back. Buy your Funko Pops from Amazon because GameStop has a serious problem.

I had been standing there for at least 15 minutes and I'm pretty sure she seen that Box! playstation 4 controller in my hand instead of telling me we don't have anymore she just continued to let me wait as! she continued to work very slowly! Smh if it wasn't my baby brother's birthday I would have been walked up out of there ??.

Just got off work to go check out some games and then get accused of stealing because the employee can't remember what I wore when I came in the store some sort he/she with glasses wearing a black mask and even before this she was asking me a hundred questions even though I told her I was just looking and then followed me around the store probably because am black.
