This company is terrible in every way, they have extremely bad service, they change your pricing and add a lot of hidden cost that are not on your regular statement but is online making it very hard to catch them at their deceptive charges. They lie when you confront them. be smart and go with a different fleet management, there are a lot of other honest companies out there.

I have a fuelman card. Fuelman is dishonest in marketing. I was told I would receive rebates, which didn't happen. On top of that, I'm charged a mysterious fee of $6 per week (when I use the card). I called to cancel and they told me they would put me on a different plan where I'd get .10 (cents) per gallon rebate. This didn't happen, while I got .02 rebate and $6 weekly charge. Nothing the sales people told me was true. These fees are not shown on Statements, but on REPORTS on their website. Reading your statements isn't enough. You need to read the reports. On top of all that, I was ALWAYS charged a higher price per gallon by Fuelman than what the Pump showed! And I'm talking about 0.50 per gallon!
