Not pleased at all. This location was referred by the Fifi’s in Ponta Vedra’s location staff member who assisted me earlier today. I also made a nice purchase from the San Marco location this morning and maybe my disappointment is stemming from the pleasant experiences there. However, my fury at this location is derived from the complete lack of acknowledgment and care given as a customer. You do not need to bend over and kiss my feet, but the bare minimum of a greeting and an offer to assist should be standard. I hope the owner has a camera and can see the treatment. The lady at the register had to do extra to look past me standing there looking at the purses and then when I inquired about the speedy, she told me what she thought the price was, did not verify, ask me if I was interested in seeing it, nothing! Shame on you!

Every employee in this place when I visited was rude and inconsiderate. It's not worth it because I only found two items after being in there for an hour. These employees were rude and inconsiderate while the owner was there. I can only imagine how bad it probably is when she's not there. I'm surprised the owner doesn't recognize how rude and inconsiderate they are to customers and do something about it. This is my first time there and it will be my last. I've been to Southside, ponte vedra and San Marco locations and by far this is my least favorite.Response to reply: I'm sorry you don't see the need to listen to the several reviews stating they've experienced a lack of friendliness and caring customer service and take the opportunity to make some changes. It's definitely not the best consignment shop for me by far. The prices were more affordable but I still didn't find much so it's not worth it for me to deal with the lack of care and consideration for the customers, in addition to the 30 minute drive from my house in a part of town where I never usually go. I only made a special trip just to visit your store. I love fifis and have a goal to eventually visit all the locations to see which one is best. Just thought I'd give some helpful feedback for you and for others. Take it or leave it, that's your choice.Regardless, I wish you all the best and take care.

I came here to shop for my wife. The staff were super helpful. The selection of new and vintage designer is exactly why I always done and they did not let me down this time. My wife is in love with the perfect Prada skirt suit, selection of St John’s knits pieces, and Versace skort! Needless to say we will be back for more Fifis Therapy! Price and product are unmatched!
