The pharmacy employees are always so helpful every time I visit. Today, the associate helping me went above and beyond to find out how to fill my prescription and work out the billing. He was so kind and I appreciated everything he did to ensure I get my needed meds.

The customer service get worse here every year. They refuse the fill over the counter prescription, yet there was no issues with my prescription before (its been fills like this for years).
They put back your medications when they just called the day before advising you to pickup the meds. They also act like they don't see a line of customers sometimes, and it take over 30 minutes for a 3 minute transaction.
Minute Clinic has issues with their billing. NEVER go to Minute Clinic! They make it difficult to get anything rectified.
CVS has never been as good as Eckerts pharmacy. CVS has lost a life long customer, I'm sick of the disrespect and lack of care.

Disgusting !!! ? I went in today to get my medicine at the pharmacy and the older white lady at the register was wiping her nose constantly while she was helping me. She also needed my id so that means she had to touch it. Just be careful here. With Covid still going around I can’t believe she would do something like this.

Called after waiting 4 days for them to transfer my prescription. The lady was rude and hung up on me. Walgreens said they called to ask for the transfer 3 times before it was actually done.

Pharmacy problems. Getting a medication for years, pharmacy has to offer generics. Not today, got told that since my doctors office didn’t write it that way, they couldn’t fill it that way. My insurance doesn’t cover medications with an available generic. Told me I needed to call my doctors, very dismissive.

It's not open 24 hours, EVER. Don't get your hopes up or waste your time driving there on a wish and a prayer. I'm sure the owner is well aware by now that this store is never open after 10 pm (being modest) and should consider changing the hours to reflect that because it's giving they don't care about wasting customers or potential customers gas and time to travel to this store because of false advertising of store hours. It seems this is an ongoing problem that has been allowed to become the culture and it's a reflection of the company not just the rude and lackadaisical employees. Good grief.

Every month I have to call about something wrong with my prescription. (Usually the goodrx price they have is wrong ). This month I called it in Friday and it was delayed and now it’s Tuesday and still delayed and they have no care in the world that I haven’t had my prescription in 5 days. Do better CVS!!!

I have made this "4475 San Juan Ave" CVS store my personal FAVORITE! I was relieved to discover online that they were open 24 hours. However, what made my experience most memorable was how I was warmly greeted and helped by Carmen Washington and Sierra Jones. They were both super helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The icing on the cake for me was during checkout there was an issue with a promotion they were running which rang up incorrectly on my receipt. However kudos to both ladies, for Carmen going that extra mile & especially for Sierra immediately fixing and honoring their promo. This honestly is my favorite store now and even though I stay in the downtown part, I personally don't mind making the trip to visit this particular store because their exceptional customer service should be like that in each and every CVS. Thanks ladies!
