I deliver to Publix DC at least once a week. I always come here on my way out. Most of the time it’s a good experience but not today 8-3-24 0450 am. Not 1 hot thing to eat. Not even hot dogs. So I go to get a drink out of the cooler and I notice the chip dip on sale buy one get one 50% off but no price tag. How hard is it to write the price on the little sign?? Oh I apologize for expecting people to take pride in their work. I guess the customers are supposed to carry everything to the register for a price check. Well I didn’t get any dip so y’all missed that sale. Tell me you don’t care if you missed a sale and I’ll show you someone who is destroying a business from within. The third dumb thing this morning was when the cashier charged me .89 for a cup of ice. I said the signs all say any size drink is .79. She said yeah. I said well charge me for a drink and I’ll go put some drink in my cup. She said ok.
This was a disappointment. Manager!! Owner!!! You have an awesome location and that’s the only thing keeping this place open. Your employees aren’t doing their jobs like they have pride.

I went inside to use the restroom and there's no toilet tissue, urine all over the floor and every surface is grungy, filthy and the white porcelain is so dirty it turning black. Lucky for me my spouse was able to bring me napkins. The staff are just standing around doing nothing. I was going to get food here, lost my appetite and feeling like I need a tetanus shot ?

Every time I go in this place, their prices are wrong, they have a price posted and you get to the register and it’s more expensive. This is happened to me every single time I go in there and then when I say something about it, I get an attitude from the cashier they clearly don’t want to do their job. They’re rude condescending and don’t care about anybody. I am a regular customer. I go in there every single day only because I live right around the corner. But now I’ll drive 10 miles to avoid having to go there.
