Horrible customer service and poor nursing skills. RN cannot read simple medical orders to determine drip rate and she gave me the wrong timing on the pump which caused me to have a major infusion reaction. If I ever need another infusion, and my insurance company tells me their facility is the only option, I will opt out of treatment.

So far so good service and care. We will see if it continues throughout the duration of my mother's care.

Very poor coordination between nursing and pharmacy. They hire people in the pharmacy that barely speak English. Very dangerous with prescribing medications. Proper dosing was not done until the third week, versus the second week. No home health. No home health. I was forced to drive over 35 miles to Jacksonville, which sent my anxiety through the roof. Very little compassion and caring. Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I was called multiple times for Jacksonville office phone numbers and about my labs being done. When Quest does the processing. They way overcharged the Veterans Administration.,Only good thing was more then enough supplies.RN or LPN Valerie was kind, knowledgeable, and professional.

These people let my insurance authorization expire on the med. Once that was sorted out they wouldn't send the meds without a date from the nurse which I had to arrange myself separately and never hsd to give them before, then sent the meds by ground instead of express despite promises. So I needed to further rebook the appointment and push out my infusion that was already close to a month overerdue. This medication prevents me from potentially losing my earing and sight so i had to take extremely toxic alternatives instead until they get it together. The orders almost always have something that the nurse doesn't need or missing something that the nurse should have which can also delay treatments. Sorry excuse for a business.

I wish I can give this company a 0 star, worst pharmacy ever it took me about 6 months to speak with someone and make an appointment.billing department is horrible. When you call the number on the bill for billing is a scam you will never speak with a live person, instead you will be sent to an Automatic system were they’re trying to sell some products, and if you call the nursing department they will transfer you to a billing department in India, and if you get your credit card they will charge your account twice .i had to reach my bank to dispute this fraudulent transactions. Never use this pharmacy again.

The office and medical staff is ok but their billing is horrible. They misbilled me and promised a refund months ago - these people are crooks and I don't know why they are allowed to operate in Florida. They are not even registered with the BBB in this state for good reason because they are thieves and liars. They've given both me and my insurance company bad phone numbers and fake names making follow up impossible. They owe me almost $1000 and won't refund. I've spend hours on the phone with their representatives and each person I talk to knows even less than the last one.
