I am so impressed with the customer service at this location. I am a resident of Atlanta and was visiting Jacksonville this weekend. I needed to initiate a wire transfer so i visited this branch. Ranjan Dash, branch banker really stepped up and made me sign up for some services that no one had mentioned to me earlier. Ranjan also made a good case of why I should consider other investment options PNC offers. I am a happy customer.

For the many years i have been a PNC customer i have never given a bad reveiew.... it Worst customer service ever!!! And its a corporate office we were there at 5pm to open an account and they said they were closed and could not help us......

After 20 minutes on phone, no help. Waiting for 25 minutes inside branch.After Jared helped me with my issue, it brought faith back into pnc.I will say if we have to check in, it would be nice if the system can say how long the wait could be, so I don't feel ignored.

I wanted to comment on the character of employees and management at this branch- sat my battery died and of course didn’t have my phone, an employee ( didn’t catch her name) and the manager(William) took the time to help me jumpstart my car - they didn’t have to, they chose to.

I won't go to this branch any more! I had a wire transaction and they wasted my time!!! They have an awful customer service and the worst Financial group member! The member of Financial service asked me to wait in his room, but he just walked around in the bank and talk with his co-worker while they did not have NO CUSTOMER in the bank! After long time that I was waiting, I told him I'm going to my branch in San pablo and he said OKEY with no care!!!

This location customer service has totally diminished. This bank is great for personal transactions but terrible for any type of business transactions when dealing with large transactions.Manager is always "busy" and not willing to speak with clients.

Possibly the worst customer service I've experienced at a bank. Their app had no way to transfer funds from my other account, so I paid my mortgage from my WF account. While the payment was scheduled, the DDA I opened concurrent with my mortgage attempted a second payment! Then, despite the external payment going through, the bank charged me an insufficient funds fee. No call to inform me of the issue, just generic emails indeterminable from spam. Once I noticed the account was negative due to the fee, it was too late and the account was charged off. So I went into the branch to discuss where I met a banker named Phil. What did he tell me? It wasn't a system issue and he couldn't help. When I mentioned that even if it wasn't a system issue, there should be a common sense approach to such a reasonable issue. Did he become my advocate and look to escalate internally to help with my problem? No, but even worse, he actually told me I was "taking no responsibility for the issue" despite literally taking time out of my day to handle the issue. The icing on the cake was when he told me the issue never would have happened had I been banking with BBVA instead. Wow. Look elsewhere. I'm hoping the customer service is better over the phone but definitely look somewhere other than this branch for your banking needs if you value customer service.

Probably the WORST bank I have ever experience. Your contact changes no one let you know. I contracted a credit card and never could pay for it. It was never linked to my account. My credit score dropped. No one is answering to my emails...
