I personally chose this facility to fix my car wreck which was not my fault. AutoNation Collision had my car for over a month and upon ready knowing that every detail of the repairs is up to par since they had for a month. Unbeknownst to me, the car was not really inspected to make sure details of the repairs was done. It had minor issues and I had to make sure they fix the issue asap upon picking up my car.Unfortunately, people who work for this company does not do their job well and not very detailed what is and is not acceptable to consumers. As a detailed person, I know my car and I know what is needed. Having my car for a month and finding minor issues is poor customer service especially when you have an assigned person making sure the car is up to par! This car advisor even had the tenacity to say, I been doing this for over 23 years! Well sir, if you have been doing it for 23 years, you have forgotten to provide OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, its probably time to look for another career where you will provide 1000% service to your customers so that your customers keep coming back!I don't think I will be sending my car to this facility next time. I am just glad they have a warranty coverage and I will be coming back for every thing wrong with their repairs!Services: General repairs & maintenance

I could not rate this any higher!!!! Teresa was hands down the best to me, kept me updated throughout entire process as stressful as it was. and picked my car up to it being washed and vacuumed! overall 10/10 with this place!!

My son had his car towed here as a Geico approved repair shop. They have had his car for over a month and keep telling him it will be done “tomorrow”. Well tomorrow never comes and now he is having to pay for his rental because they can’t fix a car in a months time. I’m pretty sure they could have built a new car in a month instead of waiting for an axel to arrive allegedly. I would not recommend this facility to anyone at this point.Service: Body & Trim

Needed collision repair and was referred by usaa to this location. Everyone was very nice, however I had to return 4 times because of details that were not quality controlled. My safety features were not working because of a wrong part. The panels on the bumper kept falling off and I had to go to Toyota to replace one that was completely lost. I just felt like these things could have easily been detected before they called me and said my car was ready when in fact it was not. I will be using my normal shop from now on, I never had an issue like this.Service: Painting

This place is amazing and communicates so well. I have been stressed beyond belief and worried for my car however everyone there was so kind and explained everything clear and concise.
