I love SUNRISE as a place to go have Surftalk and just search the latest board models and they do have ALL the BEST surf and skate boards in the WORLD, no cap.
Also,
as a local entrepreneur they have (DAN owner ) always showed support back to me by selling all my surf movies and clothing brands that i created over the years so yea,it’s 5 stars for SUnrise Surf Shop!

As someone who moved cross country to the beach, I love this shop! Always come here for the deals, the awesome vibes, and the gear. Great boards. The family owned business is inclusive and always makes sure you’re getting the best experience across town. Keep it local!

As a local, the employees are rude. Asked about some items and the one woman employee rolled her eyes. Sorry your work there…? Maybe hire some new employees who aren’t miserable.

I am local to Jacksonville and visited Sunrise for the first time. I am not a surfer, but just went to get a gift. I was super disappointed in the service. I needed help on multiple items and I felt like the staff couldn’t be bothered. I was one of the only customers in there so it was not due to being busy. I also thought items were hard to find and there was not good signage or else I wouldn’t have bothered the staff.

In Michigan...Could not find the Vans Skate Authentic in my size/color. Googled for it and Sunrise popped up! Called the store to make sure legit and was greeted by friendly/attentive staff. The proceeded to check and make sure they had the shoe in stock and basically sent it to me while on the phone and I received just a couple days later. Thank you, Sunrise. You got a big fan in Detroit now. - JT

Trevor in the board room is the man, was extremely helpful thru the whole process of ordering my custom RNF96 and made things more than right when there was an issue with the board company (no fault of his or of Sunrise surf shops) 10/10 recommend for all your shredding needs

Best surf shop in the world. These guys have paved the way for surfing in North Florida. Local family business that carries everything you need, plus they have an incredible staff that's very knowledgeable and can get you dialed in.
