A close friend suggested I go and see Lisa at this location and I'm so glad I did!! She really took the time to help me find the right shoes for the kind of walking I do. She was knowledgeable and super helpful and I really appreciated the time she took with me to help me. I'll be back, even though I live 5min from another store!!

Despite the store being fairly busy, the young lady that helped me spent time to best fit me for my shoes and then go online to order me the shoes I chose (the store did not have the color I wanted in stock). The service was exceptional and the prices were competitive with anything I could get online. They also had the shoes shipped to my house at no charge.

Charlie is so amazing he takes his time to find the shoes you need. He makes sure your foot fits the shoe. He showed me shoes aren't just shoes. He goes above and beyond. These shoes definitely fit my activities and they are so comfortable. Some shoes you have to break in for your foot to get used to them not these. My experience was amazing I'll definitely be back

Alison helped me with finding the right shoe… She put me on the treadmill and watched my stride after assessing my feet on a computerized machine… then suggested I start wearing the New Balance 1080…two weeks later I ran my fasted race in 3 years…. Always get the best service at this store!

Came in yesterday to get fitted for the first time and the store manager (female shorter hair) helped me out. She was great and brought out a bunch of styles to try on after seeing how my feet supinated and my size. Good prices and selection and return policy. I’ll definitely be back.
