Excellent service. It was necessary to have our home camera system reprogrammed to the new modem and router that Spectrum issued to customers in our area. Technician Shawn arrived early and was very knowledgeable with the technical procedures to restore our system. Great personality. Expert fisherman and terrific father when off duty.

Great Company! Good people. Installation and review of system completed in a couple of hours, they even helped me with my smart range that had a clock smarter than me, lol. Have had the system for 4 months and am happy with it.

Powers Protection is one of the BEST contractors I use for our church. John came out and was able to save us a TON of $$$ for installing new burglar systems. We have multiple buildings on our campus and multiple campuses that now all function on 1 system.Johns team is professional and the communication is great. They show up when scheduled and quickly work to fix any issues we have. John and his team truly treat us like family and not just another "number" in the customer book.I highly recommend using their service!

The system was installed very quickly and the operators on duty respond immediately. I had a problem as I knocked a sensor off and I called them they came out the same day. And their price is a lot cheaper them others I had checked.

The county was requiring us to put in a Fire Alarm system, John came out to give us a bid. He looked around and asked us why we even needed one. He then proceeded to call around and get answers for us. He called back with advice to contact his local engineer friend and draw up a letter to the county. He could have walked in and sold us a $10k system, but instead his honesty and integrity shined though. What a great experience with a great company.

I depend on powers protection 24 hours a day. I had adt and they botched my install and they were here for 5 days and nothing worked. I spoke to ruth and she sent shawn out. He took out all of adt equipment had me secured CCTV and up and running in 3 hours. There service is second to none and knowledge is superior. Ruth treated me like family and her husband is a fine gentleman. I am greatful to powers and stand behind them 100%

I contacted Powers Protection, Inc. while our home was under construction for CCTV cameras and Security Alarm System. We received a fantastic bid from them. We hired them to prewire the home and eventually install four (4) CCTV security cameras and DVR which we owned, plus prewire the home for a Security Alarm System. Holland pre-wired the home for the CCTV cameras and security system during the construction. When the home was completed, Holland returned and installed the cameras and the hardware for the security system, which included a siren. He did a fantastic job with the install. After he completed the work, he went into detail explaining how the system works and what to do if there ever was a problem. Jon and Ruth are great and easy to work with. They obviously have a well trained tech in Holland.
