Love this place!!! Jimi is the best. This place is a second home to me as I'm the handyman of the house. Best construction store beachside and incredible customer service at the pro counter. Come by on the right day and they might be handing out food to the pros!!

I usually shop at the Indian Harbor store and always have a great experience, but recently I ordered a lot of material for a shed and it took longer than expected to pick it up. When I (finally) arrived at the store I met Carlos. This guy is all in, helped me tremendously and genuinely gave two "cares" about my order, also shared his schedule to futher assist. Great experience, thanks Lowes and especially thank you Carlos!

Last.time i came they overcharged me for mulch. This time the charge was right and they filled my car. They are always helpful.

Hard to get assistance in store. Some employees know their job but other's don't. Very hateful rude cashier that does not want to do her job.

Was there with my dad trying to find carpet cleaner we walked in was looking around nice guy came up and was like “ anything I can help you with” my dad was like yeah I’m looking for carpet cleaner and the gentleman took use to it then we got a bottle or two went to grab carpet cleaner machine I guess it was supposed to be locked but wasn’t so my dad grabbed it no problem then a lady came up was like yeah your not supposed to grab that we were kinda confused even I was after that we went to customer service to see if we could rent it I guess another lady knew we grabbed it she seemed to be frustrated me and my dad just shrugged it off and then she got a call on the phone was like “ I have someone in front of me “ then slammed the phone down after that we got the total of everything my dad was wondering why it cost so much because were trying to save as much money as possible then she says “ if it’s not returned clean we won’t take it back “ in a nasty tone I’ve been all over the east coast I’ve never had terrible experience like this at a Lowe’s with customer service what a shame
