The worst experience opening up a checking and savings account ever. Use another branch or bank. Understaffed. Was told to wait because the banker had four minutes left on his break then he proceeded to explain his co worker called in sick and he was overwhelmed Was told to do transaction on my phone when i was trying to deposit a substantial about of money. I opened the account online but still had to make an apppintment regardless. This branch used to be amazing!!!! On the hand, the tellers were very nice.

I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 15 years now. I had business and personal accounts with them without ever a problem.
I moved to Indialantic in 2020 and have been using this branch since then. No longer have business accounts, just personal. Each time I've been in this branch they've been friendly and efficient. I can't say enough nice things about the service there.
I have deposited cash without any issues. This may have been a bank policy in the past (although I've never experienced it myself). But as of 2024 they definitely did accept cash deposits.

Having been with the bank since the Southeast Bank days, I have to say that my experiencesat the Indialantic branch have been nothing but excellent on all fronts. Polite, professional and efficient. Don't understand the negative reviews. See for yourself.

The ABSOLUTE worst branch I have ever experienced. I have been with Wells Fargo since the change from Wachovia (2008 I believe.) Despite the fact that it would be my closest and most convenient branch, I avoid it like the plague and will drive out of my way to ANY other location. Horrific customer service, rude 'tellers'... I have had nothing but problems at this branch. Yet, go to another branch and everything runs smoothly. The most recent experience has me considering closing down all of my accounts and moving them to another bank. Hmmm....CHASE is looking like a reasonable option.

What's with not being able to deposit cash I'm 81 years old and not able to get around so I asked a friend to deposit my cash. She was denied according to bank policy as a result I was charged an over draft fee of 35.00

The WORST financial institution in the US. This bank does not accept cash deposits to non business accts. Eric (located at this branch) said its because of drugs... I went to deposit $100 In my child's acct. for holiday. Was told to write her a check.. No cash. This act should be illegal!

Terrible service! They couldn't help us out with sending out new debit cards at the front desk so we had to wait for over one hour to talk to the one person in there that could help. After one hour of waiting we went back to the front desk and then they could help us out with one of the cards. The last card we had to call in to their help line ourselves. The phone call took 10 minutes and were no problems. So our impression of this Wells Fargo was that they have both unwilling and under qualified employees.

Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND Wells Fargo. They've been in the News for "Pinning & Bundling" Just in the News again on Channel 9 on August 30 for giving $50,000. to crooks. Cannot trust a banking institution like this. Credit Unions are the best way to bank. Close your doors Wells Fargo. Would never trust this bank again.
