In an industry known for shady practices, Eddie and Tracy are nothing but honest and transparent with every vehicle I’ve brought in. They excel where all other mechanics fail - communication, quality of work, and fast turnaround times. Can’t recommend enough.

Waste of time, Went in to get my vehicle looked at expecting to make an appointment. All I got was " come back tomorrow." I knew the moment none of my information was taken that this was gonna be a joke. I do indeed follow up the next day and to my surprise the shop is closed with a gate that posts their operating hours.....apparently they're optional. I called in: no explanation, apology, or remorse. If anything it seemed to unphase the person who answered. Sad because I was recommended by a friend. Jokes on me!

Cabinet dreams and things has done business with Kingston numerous of times we recently had a fuel pump installed in one of our trucks drove it two and a half miles the fuel pump is not working we have called for the past month trying to get somebody to call us back I called on somebody else's phone and the reception picked it up she said she would call me back and let me know that was 3 weeks ago again we have tried to contact him several more times with no reply I guess they are refusing to warranty their product

I first call and talked with Tracy and told her what I needed so she ask me to bring my car in to see if it would fit on their alignment machine. I brought my 1994 Supra in about an hour later and discussed with Eddy in length about alignment and exhaust work I was looking for. Eddy said he could definitely do everything but was busy the rest of the week. So I gave Tracy my phone number and scheduled it for 2 weeks out. Then when I arrived on my scheduled day Eddy said he couldn't do the work almost like we never talked about it and gave me a lame excuse that my exhaust was too low and he was worried about damaging the exhaust. I asked why didn't you at least call me to let me know you changed your mind? I just got this dumb-founded look like why would do that. I'm just glad he didn't touch my car. Customer Service 101 big fat F.

I had an appointment yesterday Wednesday on 18th at 9am to fix my corvette exaust.i was there at 8:50am and Eddy was already in a bad mood and bad attitude.He asked me what I wantI told him I have an appointment.He said no you dont.i explained him that I made the appointment last week.He said no.He was very rude every time I tried to say something he cut me off.Very unreliable very unprofessional very rude with no respect .Of course I left.I don't recommend kingstom.automotive and welding llc at ALL

For cars front wheels alignment, unbeatable prices in all Hudson area. Excellent service, very honest and professional, managed by the owners, affordable prices. What impressed me the most was a friendly and smiling attention. Highly recommend.
