This walgreens has been through some transitions(limited hours of operation due to staff shortages), but now is GREAT! Please take this info into account when looking at past negative reviews. Also, being closed during a hurricane doesn't make them unreliable, it means they care for their staff and want them safe too. I especially appreciate Brian, the pharmacist. I have never had a pharmacist go above and beyond to try and proactively problem solve an issue with insurance or proactively provide creative options when dealing with nation-wide medication shortages. He can't fix the shortages, but he does everything within his power to help and I very much appreciate that. With the shortages, I imagine it can be very frustrating trying to please customers with limited options, but he also pushes through with a pleasant attitude. Thank you to Brian and the rest of the staff who have contributed to making this walgreens one of the best.

Perpetually understaffed. On a regular they don't have meds and tell you it'll be delivered next day at "some point" (aka whenever they feel like it.) Poor attitudes all around. When you question them to ensure you get a direct answer they get snotty. I'd complain to corporate but we all know it wouldn't do any good. They already can't staff. Best I can do is warn you to go to Publix instead.

I can understand that sometimes there may be issues in filling prescriptions ... I can accept this happening 1, 2 or even 3 times ... The last 6 or more times I have gone in there to get medication there is always an issue and I end up leaving frustrated and angry. This last instance I called in 2 prescriptions (refills) 3 days ago and was told they would be ready today after 12:15 pm ... only to be told when I got there 1 was ready but not the other (and I would have to wait until the next day). Other times it was insurance issues (on their part; perhaps mistakes running the computer) ... my advice stay clear of this business if possible ... you'll save many headaches

Went to the pharmacy this past Monday to see if I could get my dog's meds filled early because of the hurricane. The pharmacist was rude and said can't do it until Thursday. She said they would be there on Thursday. Surprise surprise I called and the pharmacy is closed today. Can't rely on this pharmacy at all

2/24/22 Lately this pharmacy has been closed on the weekends because they have no Pharmacist. No notice sent to customers with prescriptions, just a note in the drive-thru that they can't dispense medications at this time. Contacted the store manager and was told to go to another location and he doesn't know if they plan to fill the vacancy. News alert! Medications are life and death for some people.

the pharmacy is always very difficult to deal with. I had a procedure today and called at 6 for my pain meds. They said we got it. Should be able to fill it before we close at 7. Showed up at 6:45 to be told nope. You'll have to wait till tomorrow. How uncaring can you be? I realize it's a controlled substance but I'm 66 years old. I'm obviously not a junkie looking for a fix. Think I'll be switching to Publix.

This particular Walgreens location is staffed with approachable pleasant helpful employees. The store is always very clean and items well stocked, even during the peak times of all holidays. My family and I use the pharmacy department for all of our prescription needs. Although the pharmacy appears to be fairly well stocked and staffed, I truly feel that much more stringent requirements should be enacted and enforced in this department. Much more attention needs to be given to servicing customers in a more expedited manner. Many times I must wait approximately 20 mintes or so to reach and be served at the drive-thru. If going inside to have a new prescription filled, it is saddening that one must wait 45 minutes to an hour for their medication. I've gone inside ill, directly from a physicians office. It was very important to obtain my medicines before returning home. I was miserable sitting there with a fever & other symptoms for 45 minutes. So... my reason for not giving 5 stars is due to my dissatisfaction with pharmacy department service. I would be very pleased to see improvement in all Walgreens pharmacies.
