This is Brian Turner, I want to give a huge thankyou to the gentleman whom I spoke with over the phone about a brake issue I had with my truck. The gentleman was honest and very kind in telling me how to correct my brake problem over the phone. He helped me with getting my truck back on the road. These guys are super nice people. Where to start.. I was told that if you're looking for an honest auto repair shop this is the place. We took our van here and had it fixed. They were honest and didn't drain our funds. And when I got the van home my son ran out to hug it lol. Thank you very much for being honest good folks. I recommend taking your vehicle here.

Paul and Mike are the best mechanics I've found in the over six years I've lived in Citrus county. Not only do they know what they're doing and do a great job, they do it for more than a fair price! I won't go anywhere else for car repairs.Update- Paul has gone on the great Lord. Mike and his wife are still running the best shop in citrus county and for the entire Gulf Coast in my opinion. Husband and I had to purchase an older vehicle and we're taking it in ASAP. I KNOW I CAN TRUST MIKE. THANK YOU FOR YEARS OF GREAT SERVICE AND FRIENDSHIP. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS ?

2 weeks ago I brought my car in for brakes & rotors and oil change. I had been quoted over $700 for the brakes and rotors alone, at a chain shop, and told I needed front and back pads and needed them now. I'd also had my oil changed at that chain shop, when they gave me the estimate for brakes (they were doing a check on their own, I didn't go in asking for them to check my brakes) and the oil change should have lasted 5000 miles, but my maintenance light came on after just 3000 miles. I felt like something was off at the chain, so I brought the car to Chaz. Had life on pads, rotors were warped, and back brakes were fine. Plus oil change was out just over $300! Less than half of what the chain wanted for just brakes! They also told me I didn't need pads immediately, but I have a heavy commute, and my rotors were warped, so I had them just do it all.Last night I pulled out of a parking spot and the cement curbing ripped off my engine guard. They got me in first thing this morning, fixed it right up and only charged me a couple of bucks. These guys are so fantastic! Honest mechanics who deliver quality work & excellent customer service. You may have to wait a little while to get your car serviced, if it's not an emergency, because they are very busy! But I assure you, if you can wait, they are worth the wait! And if it's an emergency, they do their best to squeeze you in. After years of being jerked around by mechanics, Chaz is my go to shop!Service: General repairs & maintenance
