after working on my goldwing for a while and trying to fix everything after getting it back for the second time when i finally got around to cleaning it up i found that some of the work was done either by someone who never worked on bikes before or a kid. they don't care. about you or your bike. i found so much more wrong with it that it's too time consuming to list it all. all i can say is don't takeyour equipment there to have a amateur work on it. again, they don't care about your bike and could care less about you they just want your money,go somewhere else.

I was replacing the CV boots on my ATV and did not have the clamp wrench I needed. I took the axle to the Service Department and they were kind enough to install the clamps for me. I worked with Jim Mitchell the Service Advisor. He was very kind and professional. Thank you Jim and Love Motorsports!

Bought a 2023 Polaris Ranger 1000 crew, my salesman Brian was the MVP. He got the sxs delivered the same day. Charlie in service has been super helpful with picking out accessories and Jim in service has been great with educating us and providing timely updates on our service work. The tech Tim installed our snorkel and rock lights. He did an awesome job and we could tell by talking to him he took pride in the work he did to our sxs. Even came out to help us trouble shoot a remote issue with the roof system.

the parts counter guys are great. I don't much care for the sales manager plus,it really didn't seem like he put much effort into finding a loan for me , it only took them 10 min to say nope go to raise your credit when I had more than half of the money to put down on the bike . but for next time I'm going to try and find a more ambitious dealership. the atmosphere is great but I know ,no effort when I see it , I've been in many dealerships but this one must of thought I wasn't good for money. oh well next time I'll come in with full cash amount.

I recently purchased a go cart from Love Motorsports in Homosassa, and expressed that I was concerned it might be too small for my grandkids. 1 Day After purchase, I am mediately called the sales person and told him I wanted to exchange it for the next size larger. I had never even turn the key on or taken any of the tags off. He told me I could come back and pay the difference plus taxes, and I arranged for that to happen. When I was planning to come in and I wanted to get the final payment of the difference I was told by another associate that they would only give me about 50% of the value of the day before I bought it for "trade-in". I immediately emailed the sales associate, and the sales manager my previous conversations and asked them to honor the agreement , but never heard back from anyone at the company. I was never disclosed that when you walk out the door there's no returns and immediate massive depreciation. There are no good lemon laws for recreational vehicles. Buyer beware!

Jim Mitchell’s the man! Him and the rest of the guys at love have been great help getting my XR650 back to new again and faster than expected. Couldn’t be happier with the service they give. I bought my Honda Recon here in August 2020. Sales Dept was good. They told me to bring it in for service after 2 tanks full of fuel for service. This took awhile, I only use the atv for dragging manure and picking up the yard. When I did take it in for service it did not want to stay started. I had purchased the extended warranty, buy the way. Long story short, they had to rebuild the carburetor. No one ever told me I had to put additive in the gas if I was not riding it on the regular. And no, I did not read the owners manual cover to cover. Nothing was covered under the extended warranty: PARTS=$93.87 LABOR=$720.00 plus tax for a grand total of $850.00 to service a New ATV. Plus it took 7 weeks.

The bearings they used were totally wrong. ID was 7mm too big and the width was 1mm too small. I had to correct all their work myself!

Definitely the best place to go for a SXS or ATV Sonny is the man to see!! He sold me a Polaris general 1000 and my parents a RZR XP4 1000!! Great people all around, will definitely send everyone there
