I wish I had an option of - Stars to be honest . The pharmacist here WOWWW. The one who’s tall , overweight with glasses just seems like a space cadet , I asked her a question for my mother who is a diabetic and she didn’t know what to provide so she ask the tiny American lady who attitude STINKS! She said well I don’t know go ask her doctor , like what are you good for? Why do you even have this job? How do you wake up in the morning and say I think I’m gonna be a really mean pharmacist today I will be filing a formal complaint to corporate. This is ridiculous. Medication’s are expenses. As is.

The WORST pharmacy. The Big Bald headed Girl has an Attitude. Their communication is horrible and if you try to call for any questions they just keep hanging up on you

This pharmacy is always difficult to work with. They close at odd days guess if from lack of employees, employees change all of the time, and even got shorted on pills and now having to deal with my insurance or pay for the shortage out of pocket. Very bad service.

This pharmacy is the worse!! They would not help me when I told them I was without my blood pressure medication when I got there 10 minutes before they closed. They literally closed the window on me. No compassion!! I had to go to another Walgreens because they told me the prescription would not be ready until the next day at 11 am. Hours are inconvenient!! They say they never receive the prescription from the doctor!! I'm done!! They treat you like crap!! Every time I have a prescription sent there it's the same thing!! I've learned my lesson!! Never using them again and I'm going to blast them all over social media!! All my friends in homestead will know what kind of service to expect from this place!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

Went to Walgreens FedEx to drop off a package, (only person in line.) The woman named Mariyl in the photos section said she couldn't help. A man approached the photos section and also asked for assistance. The manager José Prol, got the man and proceeded to walk away. I called out that I was the one waiting. The man stated loudly she was first and Walgreens store managet José shrugged it off and assisted him. Only coming back to me when he was done with helping the man in the cosmetic section, then helped a woman at the first register. Josés response \" we're short staffed\" no apology just an excuse. Please make this make sense, because the optics of if seems a bit discriminatory. José Prol is the manager highly unprofessional.

Just spent 16 minutes on the phone it rings they pick it up and put it back on hold. Employees never answer the phone.

Waited on the phone over 30 minutes only to be hung up on. Drive thru pharmacy is slow. Everything is slow and run poorly. Do. Or recommend at all. I travel 2 miles further because of the service.

Not convenient, long wait times Pharmacy opens at 9 closes at 7, closed on weekends - short staffed - 1 person manning counter and drive through and helping with vaccines. Just crazy. More than 45 minutes waiting for pick up. Staff friendly and nice but slow

Their hours are very inconvenient, considering this is the closest Walgreens. They aren't available before school or for late night medicinal runs.
