Stay away from this store. Terrible management and customer service sucks. Waited over 30 min. To make payment. Had to leave and went to another location that was happy to serve me.... Fire your management and things might improve. But no worries because I will not come back to this specific location....

This store is the most unhelpful place. I wish I could leave a review for their customer service line though. My mother went with an unlocked iphone to have her number activated to the new phone and they sent away. They did not help her and this is not the first time they do this to her or me. I went with an issue on my phone and the before helping me they said my phone was done for and I needed to buy a new one. They do not try to resolve people's issues. I had to call customer service and the representative I spoke with, Eva, was so kind and helpful. This is not a reflection on her or Metro. My review is for this store which is unfortunately the closest one in my area. Don't come here they will not try to help you.

I went to Metro Mobile to help me put on a cell phone cover and the customer service agent was really helpful and kind I really appreciate the help this is definitely a place I would go again

Not so good customer service skills. The worker that I spoke to ask for my social security number and repeated it out loud, good thing no one was in the store. She also put in my information from my driver's license but did not verify nothing with me before she clinked enter, she put wrong information in. The metropcs by the Miami dade campus did a way better job, and they allowed me to put in my own information, and they made sure to verify it with me first before they clicked enter, so that there were no mistakes.

done with metro.. been in this store a few times for random things, every time they've changed settings in my phone that were irrelevant to the issue. they have a book that tells them how to set settings on unfamiliar phones and it seems most dont understand what they are doing. last time they wrecked my tethering. the payment machine outside is a disgrace. it sorta works but i've seen nicer kiosks at scrap auctions. the privacy glass on the front of the unit is loose in its frame. when you instinctively poke at it to make selections it just wobbles around. mind you this is how you figure out its not a touch screen. a multi-million dollar company, you'd think they keep the facilities up? i'm done. the service has gone to crap in homestead. been a customer since 2002 and ditched for verizon. tmobile ruined metro.

excellent service, good treatment,very friendly workers had a problem with my phone and account and the manager knew how to give me the right treatment I recommend 100% will not be sorry for great service that they offer. A+ service thank you metro.
