Called said I needed an alignment for a 2001 bmw they said they don't do bmw lol crazy how I can do my own alignment without the proper machinery but they can and they are a shop that does alignment ??♂️

I cannot say enough great things about Edcar Tire & Auto Repair shop. They are efficient, honest and friendly. Carlos has been exceptionally amazing since I brought my jeep there. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without the help I received multiple times from Edcar.
I had been going to another shop in Florida City for a while until quality started going down hill and costing me serious time and money due to poor workmanship and major repairs.
Went to Edcar and the family and staff are very friendly. They are quick and very knowledgeable. Iv taken my vehicle there for multiple issues and each time they have helped me understand what repairs needed to be done to get me back on the road. Very thorough and make sure you understand what’s going on with your vehicle and where your money is going. They have even saved me money when repairs were not needed. Providing great customer service once is easy, but time and time again they have left me feeling that I’m in good hands ? .
I’d like to express my thanks again to the family for their help and would recommend for all your automotive needs in Homestead or greater Miami area.

Horrible Customer Service from phone call to onsite location. Ask how long a simple Oil Change would take and lady got mad because she had to ask the mechanics. She never did put me on hold for 5 min and then came back to tell me" leave it here and will call you before 5pm if to pick It up." Unprofessional!!

Bad manners
I asked the office for help... and they responded: I told you to wait! give me 2 hours
I asked for air and he made me wait for $2.
No education.. "Terrible service"
The most important thing is education. Greet, good manners. Honestly The attitude leaves a lot to say... Terrible

I don't think it's the right way for the lady who answers the phone to treat people. I called recently for a new quote and she was rude from the first moment. If she wants to be a bitch, let her be one in her personal life, no one has to put up with his brattiness.
