I'm not a huge review writer. However, this place truly deserves my time & the 5*s. 2 months ago I went by for front & back breaks since the dealer was charging me way too much. These guys were great at getting me the break pads my car needed for an unrealistically low price and also assisting me with other concerns. Crystal & the rest of the staff are friendly, helpful, & charismatic. I highly recommend coming here for your car needs and any questions you might have. Thank you guys!

I had asked the Manager Crystal to help me find some old reciepts. She was so helpful, patient and understanding. And I also asked her for some technical help. I am a certified A&P Aircraft mechanic and I was very much impressed by her knowledge and experience on cars and maintenance. She schooled me on some maintenance techinical issues. And that is why I only shop at autozone for all my car needs. Especially at that specific store. They know cars and are eager to help and are very kind, courteous and professional.

Joanna C demonstrated tremendous customer service and product knowledge. She was able to give me a product refund despite the incompetent advice I had been given by another employee at another store. She went above and beyond to ensure my customer/store interaction was positive. Thank you!!

Best Customer Service I ever experienced in a long time !! I was going to pay for a mobile car inspection but before I did that I gave AutoZone a call and was curious if they help with jumpstarting a car. My car was stuck in my son’s elementary school. Luckily this very nice lady Crystal , said they don't usually do this but she offered to come since it was nearby . She came an quickly saw what was wrong with my battery, the screw was loose making my car not start on and potentially messing my battery up. When my car started I quickly went to AutoZone where they can do a diagnostic test on my battery and check if I need a replacement . Crystal did this very professional and accordingly . I was so grateful having three kids to pick up from school and very limited with time . She was a life saver ! Thank you Crystal ! Blessings to you ! ???

Excellent customer service went there first thing in the morning because of battery issue. They checked my battery. She also checked the alternator for me to double check everything. Very help and attentive. I would recommend this store to anyone for any car parts.

Some parts like oil filter and break pad’s for a Toyota CH-R are difficult to get and you need more info to get the correct part. Joanna was really helpful and find exactly what I needed. Thanks Joanna

I recently went to the autozone on 288th to have them check my battery. Fernando was the employee who helped me out. He was able to attend me with excellent customer service and knew his stuff on batteries. He swapped my battery out quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this location for anybody looking to come to auto zone in the near future.

I went to the store on SW 288th in Homestead for a dead battery and Mike J helped me. He figured out my battery was under warranty and quickly replaced it. He was so nice too. I really appreciate him! Thank you so much!

Chrystal was amazing, knowledgeable and helpful. She aided me when I was in distress and had to pull over to this location. I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car but was able to identify the problem and what I needed to buy to fix it.
