Totally agree with Raymond. There are several places on the island to spend your money on beach wear and souvenirs. This place does not appreciate your patronage and their tshirts are very poor quality, so don't make the same mistake we made.

I bought a pool float that cost 35$. A week later i blew it up and it had a leak, but the store has a no return policy on suck items so im just out the money though i can buy another and see if i have better luck! No thanks ill spend my money elsewhere

I would leave a zero star if possible. This store has the worst manager that is incompetent and useless. We were in the process of ringing up a shirt purchase when my son realized it wasn't the price he thought. He went back to get a different one only to be told "all sales final!', no money back. We hadn't even left the counter. The sales girl said she needed the managers approval for the exchange and all the incompetent manager did was point to the sign saying all sales final. We didn't even realize we made a final sale, nor did we step foot out of the store.Anyway I have zero tolerance for incompetence. Someone needs to send their employees back to customer service school.

It is an incredible store, the staff is very friendly, they offer you several options and the best of all is that they serve in both languages, they are bilingual. My God, they are incredible. I will return to the store soon.

Extremely rude staff. I went in with my family and purchased a lot of merchandise. I asked to see a beach bag behind the counter and the girl pulled a few down but they were all stained and bent, so I asked if I could see the other ones. She was rude about it/ didn’t want to be bothered. It was an issue that I wanted to pick one that wasn’t FILTHY with stains. They told me “they are all the same”. No. Some are dented and stained, if a customer is paying 50 dollars for something, there should be no issue with letting them choose. Will never shop at this location again.

The store has so many options! We got shirts and hoodies that were and still are really good quality! The prices are about what you'd expect. I love everything I got from there. I definitely think you should come here!

Bought two beach chairs and realized the back pack straps on one were broken and they would not let men swap the chair out. Asked to speak ti manager and was told there was none even thought the girl went and spoke to someone. Terrible service!!!!

I love Alvin's Island, hello to the Island, Amazing discounts, best on the Island, Great costumer service, I shop here every year, there is a great buy one get one on the sweaters, the workers are always helpful and in good spirits.
