Horrible experience, ordered a lift kit for a Truck. After giving them all the information on the vehicle, my sales representative suggested a lift kit that is compatible. We received the kit and began to install. After taking apart the truck and cutting pieces as required from the instructions we come to realize this kit will not fit the Truck. We call to get help and they tell us they apologize to send it back. Now we owe the mechanic $1500 for install, removal and install of the old parts again. Manager states that is not his problem and will not credit us $1500 towards the labor they caused. Was very rude and arogant and would not back his mistake they made. Poor business ethics and do not back their mistakes. Its no wonder they have an F rating on the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware with this company!

Absolutely the worst possible experience you could have! No communication and shipping was a nightmare! And I still don’t have all 4 wheels after nearly a week and a half. They shipped them from two different places and couldn’t even find my order number when I called. Never again!
