I initially brought my car in to Tint World in order to have a warranty issue attended to. After a small misunderstanding, the team there jumped into action and not only addressed the issue, but were extremely accommodating, polite, and very quick to respond. All of the people there handled this situation in a very professional manner and even made me feel like someone special. This was a great experience! Highly recommended!

Tint world over all did a good job. We did have to bring our car back 3 times with in a two month period to have them redo the tint on a few windows due to bubbles and dust in the tint but Danielle from the shop was amazing, she is very friendly, caring, understanding and customer focused. I recommend if you go to them to request to work with Danielle she took extra care of us all 3 times that we went and fit us in for dates and times that worked for us. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is just because we had to go back to have them replace it few times. Other than that the quality of the tint is great and keeps our car so much cooler in the fl heat and Danielle was amazing !

My first time experience, from the moment I called, Danielle answered, awsome attitude up beat and set up an appointment to fit my busy schedule. When I arrived she met me explained the whole process. They were extremely knowledgeable with there products, they will be seeing a lot of business in the future, remember it starts with a phone call.

I dealt with Philip, Danielle, Noel, and Tarol. From the moment I walked in, I was explained the different products that were available and the cost of each of those products. I was a walk in, with no expectation of getting my car done that day. Phil and the crew got me in and explained to me what they were going to do and how long it would take. During the middle of the project, I wanted to add the PPF protection for the door handle cups to avoid the scratches from opening the doors so much. Neil explained to me that it would add much more time to my visit, which I was not expecting. So, he told me to go and he would call me back with a time to bring back the car to get the door cups done. A few hours later, they called me back ready to do the job in the afternoon but this time I couldn’t make it. Neil made me an appointment that worked around my schedule and I took the car back and the job came back perfect. It happened to be that I found an imperfection on the back tint and Philip asked Tarol to take off the back tint and redo it. They really took good care of me and I enjoyed my experience with them. Like any of us, I didn’t like giving up my money, LOL, but I feel very comfortable that they will fix anything that comes up in the future. I will definitely do business with them again and will recommend business their way. Like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I’m old school, I like that type of experience and it’s what I expected to get when I’m spending my hard money that I work for. Until next time.
