WiFi sucks. They force you to have dish network which is constantly down/ buffering. Being an avid sports fan this is a big issue. They take months to finish maintenance requests. Still waiting on my floor to be finished. In the gym the elliptical, bike, and 1 of the 3 treadmills has been out of service for months. The pool was shut down by the department of health with no notice to the residents. My lease is up in April and can’t come soon enough. I’m sure they’ll figure out a way to get my full security deposit from this post but don’t live here. It’s not worth the frustration.

I have family here, so take what I'm saying lightly. The apartments are pretty spacious and the property is kept clean, especially considering it's pet friendly. The pools are usually nice but they sometimes have iguana/duck poop in them and they don't leave out a skimmer for the residents to deal with that. Make of that what you will.

Very lazy management! They NEVER respond for calls or emails. Like NEVER. If you send any request for maintenance - don’t except any response also. Or they just randomly sending you a maintenance without even confirming that someone will be home. One of the restrooms at the pool is so dirty, light is not working.They take care of the restrooms which are closed to the management office and another one is like out of order.They are doing some renovations around the property but it seems like it’s just to take some money from corporation. Because, to be honest they have so much to do inside the apartments: old kitchens, old bathrooms, cockroaches everywhere.Management team 2/10

Very nice place to live. Pet friendly, pool (2), BBQ areas, tennis court and gym (wich needs a small update).Staff very professional and kind.

Extremely lazy office staff!! Once they land your business they do not care and you’re screwed until the end of your lease.This photo is their answer to plumbing problems. They uncapped a clogged pipe and letting ALL human waste flow and stand in their parking lot. Children and pets all around and no way to get to your vehicle without stepping in this!!! The health department is being contacted.

The property managers do not care about you. You are just a walking $$. Please run far away. They newly bought this property which holds more problems than a little bit. But most importantly corporate management is very unpleasant

Everyone was amazing and made us feel welcomed at the community. The apartment as well as the amenities are top of the line and the gym is better than most gyms I have been to.

This community is a disgrace. How they answer to their customers is a disaster. As a mysterious customer I highly recommend to rent by owner and stay as far as possible from these scamming rental communities

0/5 ⭐This place robbed me of a application and admin fee for $475. Bad representation you should not mess with these thieves. After you pay all prices will change. It is pure fraud, i cancel my app instantly after finding out about the false listing. But they will make you pay before seeing the correct prices. They said i would be refunded but its been a month now and they stop responding.

Moved in about a month ago and so far everything is great. It was a bit difficult to reach the office when we were in process but figured since they just took over this complex, they had a lot going on. Outside of that, everything has been great. Very quiet community, neighbors are friendly, and the management resolves any questions/maintenance issues fairly quickly. Communication is great thus far, I’m glad we’re here!

Waiting for call back from new manager for 3 weeks,office never answer phone have called for over two weeks, sometimes twice a day , as well as stop in to find out manager not In, I just need a status update on issues with bass music at all hours from two units next to my bedroom and living room ,waking me at 5 am , or midnite , 2 am prevent sleep in bedroom . Or livingroom .tenants sometimes. Refuse lower music when knock wall sometimes they shut it and I can sleep ,other times shut it and then put it back on .old management was taking care of this then they changed company I wait two months for some resolution to my suffering in this luxury apartment.Update - I was promised by the manager before the Labor Day holiday. She would move the tenant next to my bedroom and living room that prevent me from sleep with a 7day note she gave them. She still has not given me a status update that is satisfactory. Nothing has been done other than tell the people again via email to stop after another conference with the manager where I reminded her. She told me on the phone she was giving 7-day notes to the neighbors. Now she says she didn't because he say it's not him. Well I'm a corner unit.below him is empty unit ,below me woman work nights not her . So if I hear music through the wall and I tap the wall which stops it by the power of science it is them. So it was a lie from manager and I'm still suffering at times at either 5:00 a.m. wake up during my meal extreme bass speakers that rumble through your body or just prevent me from rarely use my bedroom with stereos constant from that tenant . They need to care about each tenant here, not just the community as a whole. I do not deserve this. I already lived in two places where the neighbors lied about it. The police didn't hear it outside and it is a vicious cycle. I should not have to spend thousands of dollars to move to have peace in my luxury apartment

I have been here for almost 2 years and since the transition to Lincoln management, the complex has downgraded in all aspects. First of all the office never picks up the phone, second the landscaping has never looked so big. Gym equipments are not working. Trash all over property. The gate is always open. Way overpaying rent to a community that has nothing to offer. Pool was green for almost 2 weeks. New management really sucks!!! I have contacted them several times with no respond. Won’t recommend this place to no NOBODY!
