They are always genuinely polite and caring, always going above and beyond to help their customers. It doesn't matter if I'm returning Amazon returns or shipping expensive artwork...the level of service and professionalism is unmatched. “How have I not left a review for my favorite Fedex Print Shop yet?! This Fedex office is located right across the Westfork Plaza on Pines Blvd close to Total Wine, Jeremiah's, and next to Burgerfi. I come here more often than I'd like to admit but they always come in clutch for all my printing needs! I want to give a shout out to the staff because everyone that I've interacted with here is exceptional, but I have to give a specific shout out to Brandon! He always helps me out when I need things printed a certain way or even for my last minute prints.This location is a bit smaller than other locations but has everything you would need. From self service printing/copying/faxing to the work stations, you can get what you need here!”

This was the closest location to my Bussines, With a simple phone call I got all the answers to the questions I had. in terms of parking ,location, received an email I managed to send all my files that I needed to be printed by the time I arrived they made it so simple for me. Carolina made the copies I was out of the building in less than 10 minutes I have to say this location is a hidden gem. Carolina was very attentive great employee for this branch. The manager was welcoming as well. Friendly atmosphere ,I will definitely rely on this location for my future projects.”

“I’ve been there on the last 2 Saturdays and the staff has been incredible each time. Josten was so helpful and came out from around the counter to help me several times. He was so friendly and knowledgeable.
This Saturday, I got there right before closing. The staff was working hard to close, but immediately helped all of us latecomers. I actually watched a staff member scan 28 packages for a gentleman RIGHT before closing. This will be my go to Fed ex from now on. Kudos to you all!”
