This place honestly sucks. I live within walking distance, and unfortunately will go to another gas station/smoke shop to fulfill my needs.Overall improvement of customer service is needed. However there is a guy at night that is ridiculously rude/unhelpful, even to someone who he saw basically every other day, it’s honestly a safety concern. I hope he finds another job that better suits him.It’s disappointing because the gas is so cheap, but I’ll pay extra elsewhere.

Horrible store manager had no receipt paper so I can come back they had no change to give back customers this is the second time I wanted to come back and get my change the manager said I don't have to buy nothing she didn't offer for me to come back n get my change this was in the morning Thursday 9:30 am do better rebel

I live in the area. This store closes at 10pm EVERYNIGHT. It was closed by 8:30pm today. Lot filled with cars needing gas and people walking over. A worker was standing right out the door smoking a black and mild, said nothing about being closed until every person walked up to open the door. The man inside just waved his hand saying closed. If there were system issues, there is always a sign on why it’s closed.

Julio went above and beyond. I was trying to pump my gas in the mist of a hurricane warning, and Julio saw me struggling and came out to help. He even saw my debit card fall before I did, and made sure i had it before I left. 10/10 for Julio and the entire rebel staff

They price items with loyalty card but they refuse to give you one saying they are out. Julio( the cashier ) told me I got it pay full price for item. Didn’t bough anything and walk away immediately. I’m not coming back to that store anymore.

Awful service. No fountain drink so I made a comment to my husband because when it was speedway they were so nice and the lady working behind the counter came out and very loud and rude made a comment to me. I'm a customer and I used to go there all the time. I will never go back there again.

I work 1 block far from this gas station and I used to refused to go there. It was always a messy and disgusting place. Due to the convenience location,last week I was forced to go there to get cigarettes and candies. What a surprise! This is the first time I see this place been taking care of. I've been told there's a new manager and crew. Hope they stay forever because now it's a pleasure to go there. Spotless bathroom! Inside the store looks and smells clean. No more clutter, counters are clean and the food is fresh (I've been ordering pepperoni pizza. It is done in less than 5 minutes). The beer cave is full and has a good variety of items. I became a fan of this neighborhood store. No more driving around!

Poor customer service... Every time I walk into this store, there is no greeting. Manager Patty looks at me every time I am waiting to get cashed out, does not call anybody, just looks. I say good morning to Tracy, stares at me dead in my soul. She doesn’t cash me out, which is okay. I finally get cashed out by an employee. I make a statement, » I hope you are at least having a great day » Tracy, an employee, who wanted to look but not say anything or serve says « Excuse me, what was said? » If you are having a bad day, please don’t take that on customers... and really the ones who live by the local store..I rated this store a two because it is not the store, it’s the employees.
