I never write any reviews but if I could give a negative to this branch they would Def receive it. My wallet was stolen. Customer service was amazing!!! After contacting customer service they made an appointment for this branch to have my account closed and open a new or even assist with issuing a new card and after showing up to my appointment early they refused to help me. There was no other clients in the branch and the assistant branch manager was one of the people who refused to assist me because it was "close to closing." Then started using the excuse that other people walked in and they needed to be assisted as if I was skipping a line that wasn't there, I arrived while there were no clients there and I've been with this bank for 10+ years just to be treated this way. This branch needs to clean house. I hope corporate sees this. Never wasting my time on this branch ever again

I spoke with someone from headquarters about this location. I had a settlement check I wanted to cash out and they refuse me. I was told they would have to put a special request and it could take all week to cash out a check! The check was issued from their bank. The guy I spoke with from headquarters was confused why I was having a problem cashing my check also. Please avoid this location something is fishy here

I have had not one negative thing going on in the bank the guys that work here are awesome,Knowledgeable and they are at the drop of a penny ready to help you do not listen to these people with bad attitudes that reflect on the bank they had a bad day so they take it out on someone today it happened to be the bank. All the Teller's are super good you can't go wrong I've been with Pnc since I was 16 years old I hate to tell you how old I am today

Terrible Bank!! Came in to do a WIRE transfer and was told by TWO bank tellers that they are new and can't do a wire transfer, I have to wait on ONE person that's dealing with Personal Banking who was obviously busy with a customer. Horrible Experience to say the least, so unprofessional. Why hire people who don't know what they're doing!?

I’ve been using Pnc for 7 years with both of my businesses. Decided to stop here because it was next to my personal bank.I went to deposit checks made out to my dba and was told that it’s not allowed. 7 years of depositing checks, probably over a thousand checks have been deposited, and today at this location it’s not allowed. Not once has a check been made out to my official trade name. Every single check for both businesses over 7 years has been made out to my dba and deposited. Went to my Pnc that I usually goto and it wasn’t a problem. Waste of time

NO ONE STAR DESERVED.\ The worst pnc brunch .... incompetent and listless. 2 people served before me arrive after me. I only needed information to receive my money on my account .... 30 minutes and they were unable to provide it .... Ridiculous. this PNC Brunch is pitiful

First, I have numerous accounts with PNC including personal and business. This location is so poorly run and I'm seriously considering closing all of my accounts and going elsewhere(after 10+years.)The manager always has an excuse as to why the drive thru is closed and why there are no tellers. Everytime I go in to make a deposit there's an issue. If you are thinking about choosing this as your bank, think again!
