I went to this location (not buying something but claiming the Tuesday deal from T-Mobile). But before I came here I called 2 stores (metro pcs) and asked them if they allow customer from T-Mobile to claim the deal. They said “yes”. Since I’m very closed to this location, I stopped by and asked the lady attendant if I can claim the deal. She said “no” and she said that they give the deal to metro pcs customers only. I asked if she’s serious? She said yes and since I’m a T-Mobile customer then I have to go to T-Mobile store and claim the deal to them. I explained to her that I called 2 stores and they told me yes I can claim the deal even though I’m a T-Mobile.
She’s very rude and she doesn’t have the consideration to the customers since there is a heavy rain outside and I just wanna claim the Tuesday deal. And also as far as I know that the T-Mobile and metro were merged and they are using the T-Mobile tower.

I was scammed a guy tried to rip for off on a phone for a hundred dollars more i will be filing a police report and going to the news outlets this is unacceptable and something has to be done about this

They abuse the elderly, they manipulate their accounts, they charge them tablets at 20 dollars a month without the customer requesting it, so they can steal the tablet and sell it outside the store on the left? And the elderly don't know that they are paying another thief for a tablet that they will never see in their hands. What a cheating dealer. Go to another branch, this is a cradle of thieves.

DISASTROUS:
I asked for a receipt with my name and address, and they told me that the ONLY way was to buy something or pay for the month's telephony, since I had nothing to buy, pay the month in advance (there were 20 days left until the expiration date). Once they received the money they told me THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT WITH MY NAME AND ADDRESS.
I spent exactly TWO HOURS waiting for a solution because I demanded it, since THEY HAD NO BASIS NOT TO ISSUE IT... Finally, and so that I would not protest further, MR BRIAN (that's what he told me his name was), gave me his cell phone number, arguing that Your own number will send me the receipt in PDF the next day. NOT ONLY DID HE NOT DO IT, but in response to my insistent messages HE BLOCKED ME!!
THEY ARE INOPERATIVE.
