It's noticeably a franchise with very old hand me down equipment. Kinda looks like an old rehab facility. No ambience music on until another staff remember showed up for work and turned it on after 12 pm. I was in town visiting my parents but I will not be going back here.

I have tried calling several times and it seems no one is ever at the desk answering the phone. I was over charged and they showed no way to be able to cancel and it just goes to an automated message.

Place is great! They took our old gym and home and made it even better. Clean environment, great staff, and super friendly. Definitely changes the mood when you walk in, especially with staff members like Kim. First to greet you loud and proud seconds after you walk in the door, full of energy and smiles. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone new.

It has been over a month and the A/C unit does not work. No matter the day or time, you will be blazing hot. Please be aware unless you would like to have a HEAT STROKE. The owner seems to be well aware as rumor has it, complaints have been made for over a year and a half now..... Hopefully the health department see's this to help them fix it.

These folks are not enforcing a mask policy. Some were wearing it; some wearing it improperly--as in under the chin--some not at all. Just a warning about what happened up in Plantation.

Despite the fact I trained in this gym and been a member over a year, have to wait super long to use any exercise equipment, my car was towed in front of the gym, the manager laughed and lied saying the car had been there a month, so unprofessional, even injured myself after the tow truck guy attacked me after trying to move my car, it was not hooked to tow truck or anything and still they took my car, because she lied and stated the car had been there a month when I’m a member of the gym and the car didn’t even have 24 hours there. Spend so much time and money in this awful environment, you would think through these circumstances people would be professional and considerate, so disappointed, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!
