First of charge 699 its a dealer fee .. freaking bogus ..I asked so what do i get for 699 guy asked me what do you mean .i says if i pay you 699 bks what do i get ?? it's my money i get what for giving you 700 bks ..it covers they're expense he explained everybody pays it ??that i thought was funny .was a certain price on a car. so what's best you can do .thats it price is the price .insays well 15,000 how bout 14 something cash nope its 15k plus this and that and other ..no wigle room at all nope ..told guy ya your not gonna do much business like that man ..I always drive by its always empty ..now I know why !!

The worst car people we have ever dealt with. After putting more than $10,000 down on a car and being late 1 payment, they put the car in repo status and made us pay the repo fee even though that never took place. Stay far away from these scammers.

This is a lemon lot bad service and that Tampa office is real mean they are not in the business of custom service, just get my money or we taking your car!! There are a small had full of nice people but for the most part they come and go! I am never able to get my car into their mechanic it was always book! They when is was past ninety days it was now available which tells me what ever little warranty I had was now gone now it's time to pay out of pocket! I put four thousand dollars down for my suv and still had to pay a monthly price of 412.00 dollars. for a used car, they get you because of your credit mines was low at the time. I had people lined up to go there but I highly recommend that you don't. I paid more for my car then at the Chevrolet dealership for my impala and my monthly payments were way cheaper! Do your home work on this place!

DONT SHOP HERE!!!!! I inquired about a 2016 toyota camry for $15988. Mind you I have a pre approval through my bank and I just need to come in with a check and call it a day. I get a call saying the car has a $3000 "down payment" so it will be $18988. The guy made no sense at all, when they say "down payment" that means your credit isn't good and they need collateral to finance you. I am not going through them due to me already having a pre approval. He then changes his story saying that is a part of the car price but under the details section it says "down payment with finance". These people have some shady stuff going on there with not being transparent. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company at all. Very very shady. And whoever is gonna respond to this review please save your embarrassment I don't care that you're sorry or whatever you say. DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!

Horrible horrible horrible place to buy a car. Make sure you read the fine print!!!! Nothing but problems especially when something breaks and you pay all the extra and still theres an excuse and extra stuff to pay. They are very rude and unprofessional. I will never ever go back to this place nor recommend anyone to these greedy horrible people!

Called at noon to set up an appointment for opening time the next day. The car was confirmed available. The next day, I came in at opening time, the car was nowhere to be found, and no staff seemed to be anywhere. It took 10 minutes of me walking around for someone to greet me (office doors were locked-I tried). I was informed after sitting down in the office that the car was sold yesterday.This dealer didn’t have the courtesy to call me and inform me the car was sold. I would be giving a zero if I could! The people at the Holiday location are awesome to deal with. The Tampa office you have to go through for everything, they are rude and don’t care about you! I’m sick during covid have the money to pay but don’t have the card on file so they refuse to take a payment over phone. I have to go to the office and they threaten to come take my car and it’s literally 3 days past due! Don’t go here!
Also they don’t want to do anything on your extended warranty that you PAY extra for. I needed breaks done and they told me they didn’t. I had them look again, they did the front, but not not the back.
P.s. I had a nice review a year ago, I just edited it to this! This past year has been absolutely ridiculous! I would never tell a anyone to go there!
