The company used to be good, but lately it has not been the best. We have been waiting at least 16 days for the elusive call back. All of this for ear drops. I also reported to Google they are now closed on Saturdays. Did you lose the interest in caring of animals they way you should? I'm now looking for a different vet that will show compassion and look out for the health of my pets.

A few years ago, I saw Dr. Dieter for the first time when they were still doing visits from the car-I had brought in a very sick stray cat. Dr. Dieter was very rude to me and even swore at me as he was walking away from my car. Dr. Kern (Whom I only got to see one time and she was great that's why I went back) actually called me and told me to give him another chance, which I did.
Last week, I called regarding my cats seizure medicine. They told me they would call me back the next day. They did not. Eight days later I had to call and ask what was going on. I was told he due for his Annual. That confused me as Dr. Dieter told me we could do every two years. At Bowie's last annual exam, Dr. Dieter told meTO MY FACE Bowie's blood work looks good and he's OK doing every two years for bloodwork because Bowie is so young, he's only three. Today, I had to call them back right before closing again because no one got back to me after my initial call at 11am--and the receptionist says she talked to Dr. Dieter and he said he never said that Bowie can go in every 2 years instead of 1. Calling me a liar. at least he could've said he doesn't remember telling me that.. Why was this information not put in Bowie's notes a year ago?? Why is Dr. Dieter going back on his word? Also, I am not a liar. Why would I make this up? If somebody can't remember what they tell patients, they should probably retire. This is so infuriating and unprofessional. I Have been coming here for years with multiple cats and have spent so much money. Just to be called a liar because he doesn't remember something and nobody thought that was good information to put it in my notes??
I will be taking all of my cats down the street to Tarpon animal Hospital. They are cheaper anyway and I doubt they go back on their word and call their patients liars. If you are told anything here regarding a situation like this, I would get it in writing or put in your notes because theres a good chance you will be called a liar and they will go back on their word. Now, I have to hurry and get Bowie into the other vet because they wasted a week and a half half of my time and he is low on his life-saving medicine.
The woman answering the phone today was also rude. Unbelievable.

I spent over thousands to find our what was wrong my dog Trooper
Dr Dieter did not tell me how bad he was or I would have have made that sad choice.
He gave me HOPE.
There wasn't any.
Trooper died in front of me at home !!!!!!
I called to speak to Dr.Dieter and I asked why didn't you tell h
Me he was doing so bad.
He died in front of me.
I called to talk to Deiter and he was NOT SYMPATHETIC.
His response was
WHAT DO YOU THINK IM GOD..
I WAS SHOCKED
and he was highly recommended.

This is a great animal hospital. The staff and doctors are kind compassionate and animal lovers. Very clean and professional but with a soft touch and also reasonably priced. Highly recommend Advanced veterinary hospital.

Dr.Dieter never told me how sick my dog was. He died in front of me. When I called him he said What do you think I'm God...it destroyed me..

Dr.Kern and staff have treated my dog very well. She’s not an easy patient and has chronic issues they’ve gone above and beyond to help me give her the best life. Other than having to wait a day to get a phone call back we’ve had a positive experience. Going on 5years with this vet and would and have recommended to others.

Terrible front office staff. (Awesome surgeon) A week or so after a visit, an text is received about my Bully needing a shot. Why was that not done during the recent visit? Moreso; my Bully has allergies that require a Rx. After years of being on this Rx, the vet office does not return Rx requests from the same Pet RX company; or, their reply is that my Bully is not prescribed for this Rx. She's been on the Rx for over four years; yet, they have no record of previous Rx orders to the same vendor over the last several years? Or, do I just need to bring her in for a visit charge? There is just no excuse for denying my pet's comfort and well being by administrative incompetence!

Paid 500$ to “put on oxygen overnight”. And get antibiotics. She is now home 2 days later and doing worse. I question what was even done to my cat while she was there, as there was no compassion and no one even made eye contact with me before taking my baby to the back no warning. 0/10 do not recommend. I don’t think my cat will make it through the rest of today.she’s barely breathing only 6 years old?

Dr Deiter is always awesome with my dog Charm. She doesn't hate the vet like most dogs. In fact, she gets as excited when I pull in as she does when we got to grandmom's to play with her dog. Recently had her spayed and everything went really well. Thanks to the staff for always being kind and sweet to my dog too!
