Armando and Nancy are so helpful and welcoming. Bought our patio furniture 8 years ago and still looks amazing. Our glass got broken with the winds but was able to replace the glass.

I was on the market for good quality patio furniture and stopped by. Nice and good quality. Tiffany at the Pinecrest store helped us out with great customer service. Also went to the Hialeah Store and that place is bigger and with more display Jorge again with excellent service. I picked up the furniture a few days later and received excellent support in securing the furniture in my trailer.

Do not buy in this place! It is the worst experience ever, I bought a set of furniture with an umbrella for $ 1000.00 and a month, I had it to returned it,, because it falls apart with a regular day no wind, they brought me another and a month it was worse, I took it back to the store and the manager Johny the worse told me that he has to open few umbrellas to choose one since khaki no longer had more, I did not agree to take another since it would be the same, I asked for my money back and johny came on with a restoking fee which never they told me to charge me, they are thieves, they want to keep people's money by selling junk furniture that is useless,.They have a seller who sells everything as the best and it turns out that it is all a hoax, I spent More than 5000 in furniture and now we will see how they turn out because I gave them back the umbrella and they still have not returned my money, they are thieves, do not buy there, I do not recommend them.it is so sad to trust people and business and then it turns out to be a big scam.I am not going to stop until I have my money back , I am reporting this issue with BBB, and all the department related with business, they mess with the wrong person.Don't deserve not even one star, This is the kind of business that people get rich by cheating others honest people.

Horrible furniture !I broufht a double swing,around 2 1/2 years ago an little by it fell apart. The salesman told me it was weatherproof. they sell this same type of furniture to punta cana,they will last me a lifetime.funny very bad Quality.

do not buy from this place! very expensive furniture and it is garbage! our furniture did not last 6 months! when we call to complain they said that we did not take care of the furniture! this furniture is for outside! we have them outside under a roof ! do not buy from them !!!!
